  1. General Provisions
    1. These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time. The date of the last update is listed above. Users may also view updates to the Terms and Conditions.
    2. These Terms and Conditions primarily apply to participants in the "Superiongg" affiliate program.
    3. By joining the affiliate program, all representatives of the Entity accept these Terms and Conditions.
    4. Violating any provisions of these Terms and Conditions may result in expulsion from the affiliate program.
    5. The affiliate program is intended to serve as a kind of “community” within the Polish amateur scene, so we ask that you maintain a high level of courtesy and professionalism, not only in private messages but also in public communications.
    6. An affiliate entity is defined as a team or tournament/league organizer that actively collaborates with our portal.
    7. Active partnership status applies to partners who meet the established terms of cooperation and fulfill their obligations to our portal.
    8. The partnership program involves the exchange of fan bases and followers among participants, among other things.
    9. By joining the partner program, the entity and its representatives also accept our privacy policy.
    10. Representatives of the entity include players, managers, owners, coaches, and all other individuals associated with the project, team, or partner tournament.
    11. The administrator and editor-in-chief resolve disputes in accordance with these terms and conditions, but the final decision rests with them and may be resolved on a case-by-case basis.

      2. Another requirement for joining the affiliate program is sharing at least 1 article per month, as well as recruitment posts/articles.
      3. To join the affiliate program, you must have at least 50 followers on your x.com profile or 100 likes on Facebook. If there is an "*" next to this requirement in the "Partnership" tab, it means the requirement is temporarily waived.
      4. The project/organization must be run in a reliable and, above all, professional manner.
      5. Terms may be negotiated by the entity applying to join the partnership program.
      6. An application to join the affiliate program may be rejected without cause.
  3. Offer
    1. An article announcing the partnership, highlighting the partner’s achievements and personality. It will be published within 48 hours of all agreed terms being met.
    2. A minimum of 1 article per month in the case of active engagement on social media profiles.
    3. A logo with links to social media in the Partners tab.
    4. "Team Profile" available under the logo in the Partners tab, describing the team’s achievements and current roster. Currently available only for Counter-Strike 2 organizations/teams.
    5. Discord, which allows you to easily and quickly contact the editors.
    6. Eligibility to participate in the “Superiongg Awards” if the partnership has lasted longer than 3 months in a given year.
    7. The offer is negotiable by the entity applying to join the partner program.
    8. Entities in the affiliate program also have access to articles on demand. Simply create a ticket on the Discord server and provide the information for the article, and the article will appear within 48 hours if approved by the editorial team. If there is a technical issue with this feature, simply contact an editor via private message.
  4. Termination of Cooperation
    1. A partner may terminate the partnership at any time, without giving a reason, with immediate effect.
    2. If a partner ceases to comply with the terms of the partnership, we may terminate the partnership immediately.
    3. We reserve the right to terminate the partnership if the partner is inactive on their social media for at least 30 days in the case of teams and organizations. For tournament organizers, this period is 90 days.
    4. We reserve the right to terminate the partnership if the partner fails to meet the requirement: 2. Terms for establishing a partnership, subpoint 2:
      • A condition for joining the affiliate program is also the publication of at least 1 article per month, as well as recruitment posts/articles.
    5. We reserve the right to terminate the partnership in the event of actions that harm our image on social media.
    6. We reserve the right to terminate the partnership in the event of defamation, insults, or the sharing of private data without consent by the management/owners/managers of our partners.
    7. We reserve the right to terminate the partnership in the event of using logos that do not belong to you, even those under a free license.
    8. We reserve the right to terminate the partnership in the event of inarticulate, toxic, or defamatory statements made by individuals associated with the organization’s management directed at us, other partners, or other projects, whether or not they are part of the partnership program.
    9. We reserve the right to terminate the partnership in the event of poor communication with management; failure to respond to messages via various contact channels for more than 30 days may result in termination of the partnership.
  5. Sharing Articles/Recruitment Posts
    1. Each partner is required to share at least 1 article per month regarding their organization. They have until the end of the month to do so. A message specifying exactly which articles need to be shared appears monthly on the partners’ Discord channel.
    2. An article can be shared in several ways:
      • retweet by the partner
      • retweet by an administrator/player/manager (this counts only if the person sharing has at least 50% of the partner’s followers)
      • sharing the post on Facebook
      • a link to the article in a post/tweet; in this case, please notify the editor in the partners’ chat or via private message
      • Sharing on a Discord server, provided it has at least 100 users, by pasting the link or connecting our bot.
    3. Sharing recruitment posts
      1. Failure to meet this requirement will not result in any consequences, but sharing these types of articles helps us. Through such actions, you will receive your articles faster and they will contain more information, because the more people involved in helping, the higher the quality.
      2. Sharing recruitment posts published at the beginning of a new month may be counted toward the previous month if the project is behind on sharing. If it is not behind, it will be counted toward the new, currently ongoing month.
    4. Failure to meet the sharing requirement.
      1. If there are no shares, the team/entity is given a deadline by which the article must be shared. During this time, articles about the entity in question are suspended, and if the condition is not met, cooperation with the entity will be terminated or suspended. Typically, articles are suspended after the tenth day of the new month, and if the condition is not met by the end of the month, cooperation will be terminated.
      2. If you encounter any issues with making the content available, please contact us immediately.
  6. Articles
    1. They appear daily in four time slots: 10:00 AM, 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM, 8:00 PM.
    2. An article appears within a maximum of 48 hours after a post/tweet is published.
    3. Articles may be edited at the entity’s request, provided the article is no older than 7 days. In the event of an editor’s error, the time limit does not apply.
    4. An article cannot be deleted or its publication revoked at the subject’s request if it does not violate our terms of service.
    5. Please report errors in articles immediately in the comments section of the tweet, via a private message to the editor, or through a support ticket.
    6. Articles do not have to portray our partner in a favorable light. By joining the affiliate program, the affiliate accepts the possibility of critical articles being published.
    7. Articles appearing on our site typically include: interviews, summaries of participation in a given tournament or a specific stage of a tournament, roster changes, bankruptcy announcements, transfers, new projects, rebranding, and much more.
  7. Profits
    1. All revenue, including any profits from donations, is 100% allocated to the development of the website and our project.
    2. Development of the website and our project—e.g., a mobile app, bonuses for editors, new features on the website, and more.
