YNG SKiLLZ announces a recruitment drive for its Counter-Strike 2 division

- -

The Counter-Strike 2 scene shows no signs of slowing down, with more and more organisations becoming increasingly active in developing their structures and intensifying competition on the domestic scene. For many players, this is a time when new opportunities are emerging to make their mark in a more organised environment. For the teams themselves, however, it is a chance to find the missing pieces of the puzzle. Recently, we have been hearing more and more about squad changes, trials and open recruitment drives. These are aimed not only at improving results but also at the long-term development of projects. One such initiative has just been announced by YNG SKiLLZ and is aimed at players who want to take the next step in their journey.

Roster changes on the horizon at YNG SKiLLZ

The YNG SKiLLZ organisation has officially announced the start of recruitment for its CS division, giving new players the chance to join the project. The team is therefore looking for reinforcements to help further develop the squad and compete in official matches and tournaments. The published announcement clearly outlines the profile of the ideal candidate. Above all, YNG SKiLLZ prioritises availability. Prospective players must have the time to attend regular training sessions and participate in official matches. Furthermore, communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are key.

The organisation also emphasises the importance of an open mind and a willingness to develop. Recruitment is not aimed solely at players focused on immediate success. It is also for those who are ready to work on their skills and build the team together. The minimum requirement in terms of individual skill level is at least Faceit Level 9. This clearly indicates that YNG SKiLLZ is targeting players with solid mechanical fundamentals and competitive experience.

The application process takes place via the organisation’s official Discord server. Interested players must join the server. There, they must accept the terms and conditions, select a game-related role, and then familiarise themselves with the instructions on the dedicated testing channel.

YNG SKiLLZ also encourages the community to actively participate in the process. Among other things, they are asking people to tag potential candidates and share information about the recruitment drive. This is intended to help reach as many players as possible who could realistically strengthen the squad.
