The regular season of ARRMA’s 17th season has come to an end. In this round-up, we’ll be looking at the fixtures played from Matchday 5 onwards, as our partners’ earlier matches were covered in the previous article.
The most important news is very good: Vofoxen Prospect, Vofoxen Rising, PEST E-sports and Polteam Red have secured their places in the play-offs. However, not everyone managed to finish this stage on a high note — Vofoxen in the ARRMY Masters still have a lot of work to do ahead of the next season.
ARRMY Open – Vofoxen Prospect back on track
In their matches from Round 5 onwards, Vofoxen Prospect posted a 6–2 record and secured their place in the play-offs. These matches featured both challenging moments and decisive responses from the team.
First, Vofoxen Prospect lost 5–13 to Vectorix, and then went on to lose 11–13 to Pewność$iebie. However, the team quickly returned to form, thrashing Akademia Pana Kleksa 13–2 and defeating La Passsion 13–7.
Qualifying for the play-offs confirms that the team is capable of bouncing back from setbacks and regaining form at the right moment.
Vofoxen Rising – promotion secured despite the difficulties
Vofoxen Rising can also boast a 6–2 record in matches from Round 5 onwards and a place in the play-offs. The start of this period did not look promising — defeats of 5–13 to Oyy and 8–13 to Przejazd could have caused concern.
However, the team responded with a 13–9 victory over Crystal Club and showed that they have the right mentality to fight for the highest honours. Their 6–2 record secures Vofoxen Rising a place in the play-offs, where every subsequent map will be of immense importance.
PEST E-sports – goal achieved
PEST E-sports concluded the matches covered in this round-up with a 6–2 record, which secured the team’s place in the play-offs. In their most recent matches, the team won 1–0 against Kijów esports and 13–7 against team dream.
However, there were also defeats — PEST E-sports lost 5–13 to Bonk and 0–1 to SevenSkull. Despite these setbacks, the team achieved its main objective and secured a place in the knockout stage. Now, consistency, composure and effectiveness in the decisive rounds will be key.
ARRMY Rising – Polteam Red with a strong record
Polteam Red performed very well in ARRMY Rising, finishing the season with a 6–2 record and securing a place in the play-offs. The team started the season with six wins, including a complete domination of the Garwolinfckers with a score of 13–0.
Subsequent victories over Rrisk (13–7), Great (13–11), Christmastree 13–2 and 5Starts 13–2 confirmed the team’s excellent form. The most thrilling match was against Spaśluński styl, which ended in a 19–16 victory for Polteam Red.
Two defeats in the final matches — 10–13 against Sadboys E-sport and 10–13 against Oseven — do not alter the fact that Polteam Red deservedly secured a place in the play-offs. Six wins give the team a solid foundation for the rest of the campaign.
ARRMY Masters – a difficult spell for Vofoxen
In this round-up, we cover Vofoxen’s matches in the ARRMY Masters from Round 5 onwards. The team finished this period with a record of 0–9 and failed to qualify for the play-offs.
The team lost 5–13 to Dimonix Esports, 9–13 to Team MCE, 0–1 to Overtime, 4–13 to Meliniarze and 0–1 to Forsaken. The results show that Vofoxen faced tough opponents and have not yet managed to find a way to turn things around.
Despite the disappointing result, every match played is an experience that may pay dividends in the future. The most important thing will be to learn from this and return in better form for the next competition.
Having four of our partner teams in the play-offs is a great result. Vofoxen Prospect, Vofoxen Rising, PEST E-sports and Polteam Red now have the chance to fight for further progression and prove their worth in the most crucial phase of ARRMA’s 17th season. GLHF!
