The Autobus Brothers pull up at the ‘Partners’ bus stop

- -

Our partnership programme shows no signs of slowing down and continues to expand its ranks with new, ambitious projects. This time, we welcome a team that combines experience, a passion for esports and a healthy dose of self-deprecating humour. The Autobus Brothers are a team that proves a passion for competition has no expiry date. A well-coordinated squad, however, can make waves even in the most demanding competitions. Their joining the programme is not just a symbolic step, but also a signal that we are backing teams with character and a clearly defined identity. Here is a team that, having started out in the amateur scene, is increasingly looking towards higher levels of competition.

From Discord to serious competition – the story of the Bracia Autobus squad

Brothers Bus is a project that did not come about by chance or as a result of a snap decision to ‘start a team’. It is a team built on relationships. From a group of friends who met daily on Discord and spent time together in the game. At the start, everything was fairly laid-back. Matches were treated with a sense of detachment, without much pressure. However, the ambition to achieve solid results was there from the very start.

The core of the team consists of Jacek “Vexon” Sosnowski, Maciej “1hype-” Matczak, Mateusz “DoksiKK” Wójcik, Szymon “Karwat” Karwat and Paweł “RoMaN” Romańczuk. Jakub “mil3k” Milewski, acting as coach and analyst, oversees the tactical side and analysis. This combination of experienced players with strategic support meant that the project gradually began to take on a more serious shape.

Unfortunately, the first season in the ESEA Open was far from ideal. The record was underwhelming, and form was inconsistent. Despite this, the team managed to secure a place in the play-offs. However, this in itself was a sign that the potential was greater than the table suggested. And it was there that Brothers Bus showed their true colours. In the knockout stage, they demonstrated a significantly higher level of game organisation and mental maturity, advancing to ESEA Intermediate with just one map lost in a BO3 series.

The squad combines the experience of players who made their debut on the underground scene years ago and have since returned to serious competition, with fresh blood in the form of DoksiKKa – a player with great talent and a fresh approach to the game. For some of the team, this marked a return to team play after a long break, but it is now clear that the project has entered a new phase. One that is more conscious, organised and focused on systematic development.

The players openly admit that they still have a lot of training and work on the finer details ahead of them. At the same time, they are making their presence on the scene felt more and more strongly, opting for media development and activity on social media. This is another step towards the professionalisation of the project, which has evolved from a casual initiative into an ambitious plan for something more.

Promotion, play-offs and an appetite for more

In sporting terms, Brothers Bus have already achieved a moment that can be considered a breakthrough. Promotion to ESEA Intermediate is an achievement requiring not only individual skill but, above all, consistency throughout the season. Although they are not entirely satisfied with their current record, they themselves emphasise that it could be better. However, the team remains in the fight for the play-offs and is not giving up.

It is also worth noting their participation in the Vanguard Cup, which is the team’s first underground tournament in history. Despite the presence of interesting and challenging teams, Brothers Bus emerged from the group stage with a 3-1 record, demonstrating that they can adapt to new tournament conditions. Their goal now is a successful run in the play-offs and to confirm that their form is peaking at the right moment.

As we mentioned earlier, the team’s strength lies in combining experience with ambition. The more experienced players bring calmness and on-pitch intelligence, whilst the younger members add dynamism and freshness. Of course, the tactical team oversees everything, enabling them to translate potential into concrete strategies on the server. The Autobus brothers make no secret of the fact that they want to be stronger as a team and achieve more. However, looking at their journey – from casual get-togethers with friends to a real battle for the next levels of competition – it’s hard not to get the impression that this is just the beginning of their more serious esports story.

Welcome on board

The Autobus Brothers joining the partner programme is not just a formality, but above all the start of a shared journey. This is a team that shows there is still room in esports for projects built on passion, experience and a genuine love for the game. Their results so far are a solid foundation, but everything points to this being just the beginning of their story.

The team faces further challenges, matches and seasons that will test their ambitions. One thing is certain, however… If they maintain their current consistency and team chemistry, they may well surprise us again and again. We are delighted to support their development and will follow every next stop on Bracia Autobus’s journey with interest.
