From February to August – five months of playing together
The story of this Hussars line-up began on 18 February 2025, when the team announced a new line-up, ready to compete on the Polish esports scene. Just ten days later, on 28 February, the only personnel change took place, after which the team maintained an unchanged ‘core’ right until the very end. Over the following months, they played together in leagues and tournaments, celebrating victories, enduring defeats and supporting one another through both good and difficult times.
Record and tournament challenges
During their time together, the Hussars secured 31 wins and suffered 18 defeats, demonstrating a solid level of performance throughout the entire period. The team took part in a variety of competitions, ranging from league matches in ESEA, through ARRMA tournaments, to spectacular clashes in the Galaxy Cup. They also took part in offline events, such as Gamepex LAN, where they could test their skills in direct competition. This varied schedule of matches allowed them not only to develop tactically, but also to gain valuable experience across various esports scenes.
Every victory was a shared success, every setback a shared lesson. In this team, it was never just about individual statistics, but about the good of the whole team.
Why they were exceptional
A stable line-up since 28 February gave them an edge – they knew how each teammate would react, how to support one another in a crisis, and how to read the pace of the game. They were characterised by discipline, creativity in their strategies and loyalty to their shared goals. Their presence on the server was often a challenge even for the favourites, and fans could count on spectacular matches.
The split on 7 August
Unfortunately, every story has an end. On 7 August 2025, the Hussars announced the end of their collaboration with the existing line-up. In an official statement, they emphasised that it had been a difficult period, and the main reason was the limited ability to continue playing full-time. There was no mention of conflict – rather, a shift in priorities and the realities of life, which often stand in the way of sporting passion.
Thus ended the team’s five-month adventure, which demonstrated that success in esports is not just about results, but also about how relationships and team spirit are built.
Tournaments, results and achievements
As we mentioned earlier, Hussars took part in many events. From the ESEA league, through Arrmy and the Galaxy Cup, to the offline event that was LAN Gamepex in Kościerzyna. This not only demonstrates the team’s perseverance but also their determination to showcase themselves to a wider audience on the Polish CS scene. The team ends its journey with a positive win-loss record. 49 matches over 5 months in various formats. Sometimes these were BO1 matches, and at other times the more demanding BO3s. Nevertheless, the team remained the same throughout. Of course, there were times when they had to use a stand-in, but this didn’t faze anyone; they knew what they were fighting for.
