Esports is a world where change is the only constant. Every season brings new challenges and successes, but also moments of saying goodbye to people who have left behind more than just results. VoFoxen faced just such a moment as they bid farewell to their academy coach, Tomasz “Lisu” Lis. Although his time with the team has come to an end, the mark he has left on the development of the young Foxes will be felt for a long time to come.
The end of an era
Tomasz “Lisu” Lis proudly served as coach of the VoFoxen academy, supporting younger players in developing their skills and building an understanding of team play. As the organisation announced, the decision to leave was dictated by a lack of time, which made it impossible for him to continue fulfilling his duties in this role. In an official statement, the Foxes thanked him for his time, commitment and contribution to the academy’s development. Under his guidance, the “pups” were able to take further steps towards the professional scene and gain valuable experience. Recruitment for new positions
Following the announcement of the coach’s departure, VoFoxen has begun recruiting for this very position. In doing so, they are opening a new chapter in their structure. This time, the recruitment drive covers not only the academy but also the organisation’s main squad, demonstrating that the Foxes are committed to further development and strengthening their coaching staff. The team is looking for people with experience in coaching who can work effectively with players, analyse matches and develop tactics tailored to the current objectives. Communication skills and the ability to impart knowledge in a way that genuinely impacts the team’s development are also of key importance. Furthermore, the requirements include knowledge of the tactical aspects of the game, a responsible approach to running training sessions, and excellent interpersonal skills. The organisation also emphasises that it is looking for people who are committed and passionate about esports. People who not only possess knowledge but are also able to inspire others to strive for more.

Changes in the management team are a transitional moment for any organisation, but also an opportunity for a fresh perspective and new energy. VoFoxen has repeatedly proven that it can develop and consistently build its position on the scene.
