NPK Esport is back with a new line-up, which will represent the organisation in Counter-Strike 2 competitions. Following the recent departure of the previous five players, the management did not take long to announce the new players. On 15 October, it was announced that the partnership with the previous squad had come to an end. By 28 October, however, the organisation had already unveiled its new line-up. This time, the choice fell on players who are familiar from their appearances under the VAPG5 banner. Importantly, these are not players starting the league competition from scratch. They have already played seven matches in the current ESEA Intermediate season, where their record so far stands at 5–2. Their record includes both convincing victories on the server and walkover wins. So let’s take a closer look at NPK Esport’s new starting five and their performances in the league so far.
NPK Esport’s new five-man squad! VAPG5 players switch allegiances
Yesterday, 28 October, NPK Esport officially unveiled the players who will represent the organisation in upcoming Counter-Strike 2 matches. The choice fell on the five players known for their performances with VAPG5. It was there that the players gained their experience whilst competing in the ESEA Intermediate league. Now the time has come for a new chapter and competition under a different banner.
The line-up consists of Sali, Jodla, Siwrak, Dominikoo and Kjvx. It is this quintet who are set to continue their league campaign as representatives of NPK Esport. For the players, this means a change of colours, but also an opportunity to continue developing in a competition where they have already gained their first experience this season.
The presentation of the new team took place relatively quickly following the organisation’s earlier announcement. After all, it was on 15 October that NPK announced the departure of its previous squad, and less than two weeks later, fans learnt the names of their successors. The organisation therefore did not leave its future on the CS2 scene in doubt for long.
It is worth noting that the new players have already had a few challenging matches under their belts, so their journey with NPK begins with a solid league record. A 5–2 record in ESEA Intermediate serves as a starting point for further competition. Particularly noteworthy are their victories on Ancient, including an overtime win against Rupture. At the same time, the defeat to Italian MIX shows that the team still has room for improvement.
The players now face the task of continuing the season in their new colours and proving that their results so far were no fluke. Upcoming matches will allow us to assess their form, as well as whether they can maintain consistent results. For NPK Esport, this marks the start of a new chapter. For fans, however, it is an opportunity to take a closer look at the five players who will now represent the organisation.
ROSTERHow is NPK’s new line-up faring in ESEA Intermediate?
NPK Esport’s new squad have played seven matches in the ESEA Intermediate so far. Their campaign in the league has yielded five wins and two defeats, although not all matches were decided directly on the server. At the start of the season, the players secured a walkover victory against kujwywzoo. However, they then had to concede defeat to FUSION, also by walkover. Subsequent matches saw them compete on the maps and provided a better insight into the team’s capabilities.
The first of these clashes was against pink on Ancient. The players of the future NPK squad won convincingly, finishing the map with a score of 13–4. A slightly tougher challenge awaited them in the match against PEST Esport. Once again, the match was played on Ancient, and it ended in a 13–9 victory. Two wins in a row allowed the team to maintain their good form.
Their most evenly matched contest of this part of the season came against Rupture. Overtime was needed to decide the winner, with the players of the new NPK line-up proving the better side. The final score of 16–13 secured them another victory and extended their run of successful performances on the server. Unfortunately, the next match did not go their way. In their clash with Italian MIX on the Cache map, their opponents won 2–13, bringing the team’s winning streak to an end. The current series concluded, however, with a walkover victory against GN MANAGEMENT.
However, further challenges lie ahead for the team. A match against Los Espada is scheduled for today at 8.00 pm. The next match, meanwhile, will take place on 3 November against DH Premium. This is an opportunity to add further victories and continue their campaign in ESEA Intermediate.
A new chapter for NPK Esport
The squad reshuffle marks the start of a new phase for NPK Esport on the Counter-Strike 2 scene. The organisation has swiftly announced the replacements for the previous starting five. Furthermore, the new players bring with them experience gained from their previous appearances in ESEA Intermediate. A 5–2 record provides a solid foundation for further competition, although the team still has many matches ahead that will test its capabilities.
Will Sali, Jodla, Siwrak, Dominikoo and Kjvx help NPK Esport build a stable project and fight for further success? The coming weeks will provide the answer. However, one thing is certain… A new chapter has just begun, and future results will show which direction the team will take.
