Recently, our articles on partners from the EA Sports FC section have covered more than one partner. Today, we’re breaking with that tradition; in this piece, we’ll be focusing mainly on The Bulls Team’s activities. We’ll be looking at how the Bulls are faring on the domestic scene, as well as on the international stage. First up is the Fusion Cup Poland. The group stage ended quite recently, so TBT found out who their opponent would be in the round of 16. They had the chance to face Ignite Esports. Our partner won the tie 6-1 over two legs. They won the first match 3-1 and the second 3-0. Thanks to this victory, they have progressed to the quarter-finals of the knockout stage, where they will face the winner of the Iron Ravens vs. Impact Boys match.
6-1 vs. Ignite Esports (Fusion Cup Poland Round of 16)
The Bulls Team paid tribute to their opponents on their social media, posting a mention of Ignite Esports.
…a really cool project — one with a bright future.
VPG Europe, League Two
As for international competitions, TBT are competing in the ProLeague Champions League, where they will face their rivals in a two-legged tie today. However, you may have read about this fixture in previous articles regarding today’s opponents. A topic that has quietened down a bit on our site is The Bulls Team in VPG Europe. They usually play in League Two. There are just two rounds left until the end of the league. As the league draws to a close, our partner sits in first place, with 36 wins, 5 draws and 3 defeats. Their goal difference stands at +133. They have 113 points to their name. The second-placed team has 107 points. Our partner need just one point to seal promotion to League One from first place. This achievement deserves recognition, given that there are 24 teams in the league, which gives it a bit of an EFL Championship feel. We won’t be focusing on individual TBT matches in this article; there will be time for that in the review that will appear once the season is over.
The assist kings
With two rounds to go, the top 10 of the assists table features as many as five players from The Bulls Team.
ilu133pl (#1) – 26 assists
Kostq1773 (#3) – 21 assists
JotKa (#5) – 15 assists
balikkop-2_6 (#7) – 13 assists
Beeqrr (#8) – 12 assists
Is there a more complete forward than ilu133pl?
There certainly isn’t one in this league; ilu133pl, playing as a striker, is currently the top assist provider and top scorer. With two matchdays remaining, it seems unlikely anyone will take these titles from him, as he holds a 14-goal lead over the player in second place.
ilu133pl (#1) – 69 goals in 44 matches
Kostq1773 (#3) – 41 goals in 42 matches
An effective attack at the expense of defence?
Nothing could be further from the truth; this headline does not apply to The Bulls Team. This is evidenced by the team’s goal difference and the fact that The Bulls Team’s goalkeeper is in first place for clean sheets.
Kaktus1 (#1) – 18 clean sheets in 38 matches
