Seeding in the Immunity League and the draw
Before the groups were revealed, the organisers carried out the seeding, dividing all teams into six pots. One team was then drawn from each pot to form each group. This won’t be your average group stage… Here, every match could be a mini-battle for prestige.
Immunity League group stage
The draw is over… so it’s time to see how the Immunity League groups have ultimately shaped up. The organisers have ensured there’s no shortage of excitement, as each group has its own atmosphere, character and potential for some truly intense clashes. You can sense that this season could bring a few surprises and a couple of matches we’ll be talking about for a long time to come.
Group A
- TNC Esports
- Insomnia
- Nexium POLteam
- NoName Team
- Eco Bo Bieda
- Horizon Prodigy
It’s clear at first glance that this could be one of the most evenly matched groups in the entire league. TNC Esports, a team featured on HLTV, will certainly be aiming for first place, but Nexium POLteam is no unknown quantity either… They have experience and know how to play smart under pressure. Insomnia, on the other hand, is a team that could spring a surprise, whilst Horizon Prodigy and Eco Bo Bieda are projects with potential, just waiting to showcase themselves to a wider audience. In short, there are no easy matches here.
Group B
- doZera
- Constrict Gaming
- Moczodol
- VoFoxen
- Victoria Nostra
- Tytani Pracy
On paper, this is a group brimming with experience. There are plenty of teams here that regularly feature in the ESEA leagues, and their players have put in some truly solid performances. doZera seem the natural favourites and a strong contender to top the group, but Moczodol and Constrict Gaming haven’t had their final say yet. Both teams are capable of playing unpredictably and often catch stronger opponents off guard. Victoria Nostra and Tytani Pracy, on the other hand, could play the role of silent killers… The sort of teams that can turn the table upside down with a single result.
Group C
- Modern Players
- ViBe Gaming
- Timeless
- Oblivion Team
- Vandals Clan
- Gloris AC
Here we have a real group of death. Every match promises to be a mini-battle. Modern Players and ViBe Gaming are teams that have been building their reputation for a long time and have ambitions to reach the top spots, but the rest of the field is certainly not far behind. Timeless and Oblivion Team are renowned for their aggressive, spectacular style of play, which can completely throw an opponent off their stride. Vandals Clan and Gloris AC, on the other hand, could be the ‘dark horses’ who capitalise on every mistake their opponents make. In short, there won’t be any quiet matches here, and every clash could carry the weight of a final.
Group D
- Mollitiem
- Young Stars Talents
- Ice Age
- Hussars
- Tuga Clan
- Visionary
Finally, we come to a group that is sure to be full of excitement. Mollitiem and Young Stars Talents enter the competition as the main favourites, but they certainly cannot rest easy. Ice Age and Hussars are teams capable of playing with immense commitment and turning a match on its head at the most unexpected moment. Tuga Clan and Visionary also have their strengths, and if they find their rhythm, they could cause quite a stir in the table. There will be no easy points here, and every match could prove crucial in the battle for the play-offs.
