1. Avalanche.gg has been eliminated from the ARRMY Open.
date: 13/08/2024, author: Malun
Avalanche.gg put in an excellent performance in the group stage of ARRMY Open S10. The organisation had every reason to be proud of their results in the group stage, during which they managed to win five matches in a row; losing just 2 out of 10 matches, and finished the group stage in 19th place, securing their promotion to the play-offs, where 128 qualified teams had the chance to face off against each other in a best-of-three (BO3) format. After their first match for promotion to the Rising League, the players and the organisation could be pleased with themselves as it went quite smoothly.
Results of the first match in the play-offs against S4murai:
13:3 Anubis
13:2 Nuke
After such a successful match, everyone was surely hoping for an equally successful match 2, but unfortunately, it turned out to be the one that ended their campaign in this season’s ARRMY Open. Nevertheless, the match was evenly contested; it wasn’t a contest where only one team was in control and the other had no say. Avalanche came very close to advancing to the next round, but this time they had to settle for nothing.
Results of the second match in the play-offs against REUNION:
4:13 Anubis
13:11 Nuke
12:16 Vertigo
As you can see, the team’s fate was decided by overtime in their final match on the Vertigo map. We hope the organisation will pull itself together for the next season and be able to reach the final, after which they will have the chance to celebrate victory and qualification for the ARRMY Rising league.
We trust that the players on this squad have gained valuable experience through their performances in this year’s Arrmy Open season. We hope this will translate into results in future Arrmy seasons and other underground tournaments.
However, it seems that Avalanche.gg’s immediate priority is not results, but stabilising their Counter-Strike 2 roster, as the organisation/team has long struggled to find a permanent Counter-Strike 2 line-up. After all, a stable and consistent line-up in the Polish underground scene is half the battle, and results should follow naturally with good, hard work.

2. VINO E-sport and Signum Esports are relegated
date: 27/07/2024, author: sequ3r
Unfortunately, VINO eSports and Signum Esports are out of the RISING S10 league. They are not the only teams to be eliminated. Armitra, which had a guaranteed place in the playoffs, has simply fallen apart. The main squad has gone their separate ways, and the players will not be continuing to play together.
Victoria Nostra currently sits in 10th place with a 4-6 record. Signum Esports, meanwhile, is doing slightly worse, sitting in 12th place with a 3-7 record.
We hope that these two partners will be replaced by two new partners next season.

3. Constrict Gaming ahead of their final match in the ARRMY Open S12 league phase?
date: 17/03/2025, author: sequ3r
The last time we wrote about Constrict’s performance in ARRMY Open S12 was back in February, and our partner had played two matches, both of which they won. To date, the Constrict Gaming players have played seven matches. Their current record is particularly noteworthy, standing at 8 wins and 9 losses. Tomorrow at 8 pm, they will face their final league opponent in the 12th season of the ARRMY Open. To move up a division to ARRMY Rising, they need to win four matches, which will be played in a BO3 format. We know that to achieve this, you also need a bit of luck in the draw, but let’s be honest — with Constrict in this form, surely they’ll be the favourites in every match?
- 18/03/2025, 20:00 | Grajcownia, Round 10 of ARRMY Open S12
Interestingly, a rather unusual situation has arisen in ARRMY Open S12. Normally, we’d probably be writing about Constrict Gaming’s 8-1 or 9-0 record, but not this time, as in the Constrict Gaming vs. Chill Guys match, both teams forfeited. It is unclear,
Among the last 7 matches played in ARRMY Open S12, there is no shortage of walkovers, though there have been as many as 2, including the recent match against the “Boom Shaka Laka” team, which resulted in a walkover. The match was due to take place on 2 March at 7 pm, but it did not go ahead, and Chill Guys are handing out walkovers one after another.
Let’s focus on the last seven matches involving Constrict Gaming, in which, when there were no walkovers, Constrict performed exceptionally well.
From newest to oldest:
- 16/03/2025, 18:00 | 1:0 vs. Boom Shaka Laka, walkover
- 13/03/2025, 19:00 | 13:7 vs. The KanekaZ, ancient
- 12/03/2025, 19:00 | 13:1 vs. EXTREME, ancient
- 10/03/2025, 19:15 | 13:10 vs. PlusW, nuke
- 05/03/2025, 20:30 | 13:8 vs. Krakowski KOX, nuke
- 02/03/2025, 19:00 | 0:0 vs. CHILL Guys, mutual walkover
- 28/02/2025, 17:15 | 1:0 vs. PAINTERS, walkover
We wish our partner the best of luck in the final match of the Arrmy Open S12 league phase, of course.

5. Changes to the Horizon Esports management team.
date: 02/03/2025, author: Malun
Many teams on the Polish underground scene are making significant changes to their line-ups; changes to the management are less common, but they are also worth keeping an eye on from time to time. The current owner of Horizon Esports, Light2k, has announced that from now on, Horizon will be managed by him alongside two new people who have already been working on the project for some time.
The newest members of the Horizon Esports management team are Azyrox and Adersky. It seems that Light2k waited to make the official announcement until the end of Horizon’s ESEA Intermediate season, which, incidentally, was rather mediocre.
One might wonder whether the arrival of new board members signals major changes at Horizon Esports. Will the new board usher in a new era for the organisation? The new members may bring fresh ideas and an innovative approach that could influence the organisation’s strategy and objectives. Everything should become clear soon enough, as we begin to see how their decisions affect the functioning of the division itself, and perhaps the entire organisation.

7. The Bulls Team after 24 rounds of VPG Poland
date: 19/12/2024, author: Adrian Skillz
The Bulls Team are in phenomenal form this season in the VPG Poland league; the Bulls currently sit top of the table after 24 league rounds. Given their results from FC24, there was no indication that TBT would change their style of play so drastically. This time, the Bulls’ victims were Angry Panthers and Loco Villanos; it is worth highlighting the brilliant performance of The Bulls’ goalkeeper, ‘Lorenco’, who once again kept a clean sheet. The Bulls’ next opponents are Spiryt.us, who remain in contention for the top spots, and the dangerous IMS Immortals, who were tipped for relegation in the captains’ poll on the VPG Polska website before the season began. The Bulls are also awaiting their opponent in the Champions League round of 16.
Results of The Bulls Team’s last two league matches on VPG Polska:
The Bulls Team 2:0 Angry Panthers
The Bulls Team 2:0 Loco Villanos
