Season 11 of the “Arrmy Open” kicked off about a month ago. HomieZ played their first match on 10 October. Since then, they’ve played all 10 matches. What was their final record?
They played their first match against Unleashed, where, after a closely fought encounter, the opposing team won 12–16. In their next match, they faced Golden Rifles, who fell very easily to HomieZ, with a score of 13–0. We were unable to watch the next two matches, as the opponents did not appear on the server and HomieZ won them by walkover. After these four matches, HomieZ recorded a 3:1 record.

HomieZ then played matches against the following teams: WC Knury, Invicta Gaming, WKSR Dąbrówka and Brake ClaN. All but the last one posed no major problems for HomieZ and were won with scores of: 13:4, 13:3, 13:4. In the final match, however, HomieZ lost to Brake ClaN, after a fairly even contest, with a score of 8:13. Thus, after 8 matches, HomieZ had a record of 6:2.

This record was generally sufficient to qualify for the play-offs, but to be 100 per cent certain, HomieZ needed to win one more match and had two opportunities to do so. They did not squander the first chance, defeating B1GAA 13–8 to secure their place in the play-offs. To finish the group stage, HomieZ had to play one more match. It was against TEAM XDDE, but they lost 10:13. Thus, HomieZ finished the group stage of the “Arrmy Open” with a 7:3 record.

HomieZ now face the play-offs, which begin on 25 November. To qualify for “Arrmy Rising”, they must reach the quarter-finals, meaning they need to win four matches without a single defeat.
