Although we don’t make any financial profit from running the website, our editors receive occasional gifts, such as T-shirts from the teams we work with. On top of that, they are paid regularly, every month, on time for their work.
It’s also worth noting that we’re currently seeing an upward trend in this regard. The average earnings per article for editors are steadily rising, almost reaching the minimum wage level in 2026. We’ll provide more details on rates via a private message. As well as occasional gifts, editors also receive access to the full Microsoft Office 365 suite and graphic design support.
We have our own integration system between Discord and our platform. For example, editors used to be responsible for promoting articles on Discord servers — today, our integration handles this. The project is constantly evolving. We come up with new ideas every day. We also have our own task management system, which allows you to view assigned articles, rates, article details, mark your absence, check the schedule and much more, all in one place. Of course, we’ll walk you through our system, and take my word for it — it only sounds as daunting as it does.
We always listen to our team. So, if you come up with an initiative, report a bug or raise any concerns — you’ll always be heard. Do you have a grudge against a particular project we’re working on? Nothing’s lost — everything can be sorted out; you don’t have to be an expert in everything, because, after all, if someone’s an expert in everything, they’re an expert in nothing.

- Correcting any errors in your own content,
- Publishing posts on the facebook.com platform (Meta Business Suite) and x.com,
