It hasn’t been long since the first, trial edition of the Feather Cup came to an end, and we can already look forward to the return of this tournament in its full-scale format. The organisers have announced that registration is now open for the second season, which will take place in the autumn. Following a successful debut, the time has come for another dose of competition. This means even more excitement and a more elaborate tournament format. Of course, you’ll be able to follow all the action as it happens in the tournament coverage via the link below:
Feather Cup takes it to the next level
The Feather Cup organisers are not slowing down and have already officially opened registration for the autumn edition of the tournament. This will also be the final instalment of the competition this year. For the underground scene, however, this can be seen as the start of the next phase of competition, which will run throughout the autumn and winter.
So now, following a trial launch that attracted considerable interest, the time has come for a fully developed and refined format. A prize pool of 1,000 PLN awaits participants, and the entry fee for the tournament is 30 PLN per team. Registration itself is open only until 30 September. The only place where you can register your team is the organisers’ official Discord server. It is there that players will find the necessary information and a dedicated channel where they must register their participation in the competition.
It is worth noting that the autumn edition also brings significant changes to the competition format. The organisers have decided to move away from the traditional group draws, opting for a fairer and more transparent system. As the tournament’s CEO emphasises:
We are constantly evolving and listening to what our players have to say, which is why we have changed the way groups will be selected. We are doing away with draws and will be forming groups based on the average team Elo, with the six teams with the highest Elo in Group A and reducing this average Elo down to Group D, where the teams with the lowest average Elo will play.

The new system should make the competition more evenly matched, and matches will more often end after a hard-fought battle rather than a one-sided result, which happened relatively often in the previous edition. We can also expect this division to have a positive impact on attendance and mean we see fewer walkovers… Although in the underground scene, this is almost a classic.
An autumn edition full of excitement
The autumn edition of the Feather Cup promises to be an event that will attract both experienced teams and those just taking their first steps in competition. The organisers promise even more professionalism, and the players themselves are sure to provide plenty of excitement on the server.
Finally, we’d like to remind you that registration is open until the end of the month and is taking place on the official Discord server. It’s a perfect opportunity to test your skills against other teams and kick off the autumn in e-sports style.
