3. Polish Guardians will not play in the Arrmy Open S10 playoffs

Published: 29/07/2025, 12:09 by: sequ3r

Polish Guardians will not be playing in the ARRMY Open S10 playoffs. 128 teams qualify for this stage, and our partner finished in 162nd place, which does not qualify them for the playoffs. Their 3-7 record certainly didn’t help. Oh well, let’s hope for a better result next season. Let’s not kid ourselves, but you can’t qualify for the playoffs by effectively winning just one match, as two subsequent opponents forfeited.

• 0:1 vs. RTV Gaming, walkover
• 10:13 vs. AIMBOT AMIGOS, Vertigo
• 7:13 vs. GORMAX, Anubis

5. Signum Esports has made it into Army Rising

Published: 11/05/2024, 20:14 by: sequ3r

Signum Esports secured promotion to Army Rising after a thrilling clash against EL ES PI DI!

Signum can count this season as a success. On 8 May, they defeated EL ES PI DI 2-0 (13-7; 16-13) in the fourth round of the Arrmy league play-offs. However, the players cannot rest on their laurels as the season is not yet over for them.

Signum Esports 13 – 7 EL ES PI DI (1-0)

Ancient was the first map of this clash. Signum, one might say, ‘ran rings around’ their opponents on a map they rarely choose. The only matches Signum had played on de_ancient took place right at the start of the regular season, and they ended in dominant victories: 13-5 against WGejming and 13-0 against Poka eSports. On this map, Gondziala proved to be the key player, racking up a 20-11 K/D and leading the team alongside FrytazMCdolca (16-8 K/D) to a dominant victory.

Signum Esports 16 – 13 EL ES PI DI (2-0)

Nuke, however, proved to be a much tougher nut to crack. EL ES PI DI had learnt their lesson from Ancient and stood their ground against their opponents. CzeCza tried to carry his team with a 27-17 K/D ratio. However, it wasn’t enough to force a tiebreaker, which Signum stormed to victory. Gondziala eliminated his opponents a staggering 30 times whilst only falling 19 times himself. He was the only player on his team to finish Nuke with a rating above 1.00. Ultimately, Signum secured promotion to the higher division of the arrmy league for Season 10.

8. Gromek leaves Armitra

Published: 10/12/2024, 12:00 by: BambikXDE

We recently reported on changes to the Armitra Academy line-up, with Szakei leaving the team. Now we present changes to the main line-up. Gromek, the team’s sniper, is leaving.

To find out more, we asked Gromek himself about his departure. When asked about the reason for his departure and his plans, he replied that he had been removed from the squad by the team’s core due to unsatisfactory results, but that this had taken place on friendly terms. He also mentioned that he is looking for a new home in another team.

Armitra’s current line-up:
🇵🇱 Pr3lo
🇵🇱 Piku
🇵🇱 Zireael
🇵🇱 qwe
❓???

In his statement, he also hinted that one more player is set to leave Armitra, but when asked about it, he replied that he did not know who it would be. We are waiting for further updates regarding changes to Armitra’s line-up and the introduction of a new player.

9. Firewolf Clan eliminated from Armitra Open S11

Published: 9/12/2024, 9:05 by: Malun

Unfortunately, another of our partners has joined the ranks of teams eliminated from the ARRMY Open S11.

Firewolf Clan had certainly hoped for more. Their promising performance meant that, although they had gone far, no one expected them to suffer defeat in the match against Za Krzakiem in the fourth round of the playoffs.

Firewolf Clan matches:

13:1 vs. Lunacy Academy, Ancient
13:3 vs. Ekipa LK, Anubis
13:0 vs. Dzwon, Anubis
13:2 vs. CobraTeam Mix, Nuke
7:13 vs. MILKERS, Nuke
15:12 vs. Toilet Cleaner, Inferno
13:1 vs. KPO BRUK, Inferno
9:13 vs. HeroARC, Ancient
5:13 vs. Aga1n, Ancient

PLAYOFF STAGE

2:0 vs. MOFOS
2:1 vs. Ponure Skrzaty
0:2 vs. Za Krzakiem

There is certainly a sense of unfulfilled potential, and the players will be keen to perform even better next season.
