It’s time to take stock of the transfer turmoil at our partner clubs. The last article in this series covered a number of significant transfers, but this month has seen things stabilise somewhat. That said, there have still been some surprising moves.
Week 1 – 1–6 April
Let’s start with a bang. Following last month’s events, Firewolf were left with two spots to fill. The first player to join the line-up was WilAR, whose announcement was scheduled for 1 April – though this transfer was certainly no joke. The very next day, we learnt the name of the second player joining this promising line-up: Kedzu, a player little known to the underground community. However, that wasn’t the end of the news this week; on the contrary, it was only the beginning. Also on 1 April, LHG announced the disbandment of their entire squad, which consisted of the following players: ciaho, Korczee, JuTuS, Faster and St1izzz.
Staying with April Fools’ Day. On the same day, news reached us via social media about changes to the POLteam line-up. The following players left the team: Salamko and mkd. Replacing them were: vzs and Pasiuuu. Now that some time has passed and we can see the results of the new line-up, we know that this was a very good decision for the whole team. The final piece of sad news that reached us on Friday was the departure of four players from the SLAKE team. The following players left: Kemot, Jumper, Dybek and EyeSnetts. It wasn’t a particularly surprising decision, given the results achieved by that line-up. It also served as a lesson to underground teams that having six players in an active line-up isn’t a good idea in the long run.

Week 2 – 7–13 April
There weren’t quite as many transfers in the second week. The only news from our partners was the announcement of three new players joining SLAKE. They are: Peter, Micho and GrimRP. With the benefit of hindsight, we now know this was a very good move, giving the team a lot of firepower. Also, thanks to the fact that Energolek, a core member of the team, has joined them, we’ll be able to watch them in the Army Masters.

Week 3 – 14–20 April
Week 3 has arrived, and with it come a few changes. On 15 April, NSQ announced that they were parting ways with their newly appointed IGL, Axemis. This collaboration did not have a positive impact on the team, and as a result, the new In-Game Leader had to leave. The entire Hussars Young squad is also leaving the organisation. The squad has disbanded, leaving the Hussars organisation without an academy. The academy, however, recruited Armitra, which turned out to be the core of the Hussars Young team following a few changes. The line-up of Luka, Mlody, Szoszyn, KayAre and Sp!rit joined Armitra as their NXT squad.

Week 4 – 21–27 April
The last week of April in which any changes took place was the one mentioned above. However, there were no fundamental changes here either; it was merely the LHG organisation that announced the suspension of its activities for an indefinite period. This means that we will not be seeing an announcement of their new line-up any time soon.
