It can therefore be assumed that his work played a significant role in the academy’s operations to date and in shaping young talent.

The academy’s players have not been left without support… They have been incorporated into a new system led by HopE, who has taken over the existing squads and assumed responsibility for their further development. This solution could bring many benefits, particularly in terms of consistency in training and a better alignment of playing styles across the organisation’s teams.

Returns and reinforcements – new faces in the squad

VoFoxen has decided to opt for tried-and-tested solutions, combining fresh energy with the experience gained from previous collaborations.
Joining the VoFoxen squad is gryczanyy, a player who stands out above all for his leadership skills. His greatest strength is his ability to read the game and keep his cool at crucial moments, making him an extremely valuable asset to any team. He is capable of making the right decisions under pressure and effectively leading the team even in the most demanding situations. Interestingly, this is not a completely new environment for him. He has previously had the opportunity to work with the organisation as a coach for VoFoxen Rising. His return as a player could prove to be a very interesting move, particularly in terms of communication, macro-gameplay and overall team management on the server.
The second player announced is Mofy, who brings immense flexibility to the team. He is a player capable of adapting to various roles, dynamic and always ready to take the initiative at crucial moments. His playing style suggests he could be a so-called ‘game changer’, i.e. a player capable of tipping the balance of victory in his team’s favour. Players of this type often make the difference in closely contested matches, where details and individual decisions count.
Much like gryczanyy, Mofy is no stranger to the VoFoxen setup either. He previously represented VoFoxen Rising, meaning he is well acquainted with the organisation, its working style and environment. It is also worth noting that both moves suggest a clear direction… VoFoxen is focusing on players who not only possess individual skills but also understand the organisation’s structure and can fit into its system.
