The battle for points in the Underground | CS2 Community rankings shows no sign of slowing down… In fact, you could say that the real fun is only just beginning. It’s fair to say that ESEA Season 55 has now reached the halfway point of the regular season. Meanwhile, the points gap between teams is increasingly narrowing to within a single match. Every mistake could cost a team relegation, whilst every victory could secure a valuable climb up the table.
There’s no shortage of excitement on the domestic scene either. The open qualifiers for the Arrma leagues are now behind us, and closed qualifiers are currently underway to determine the participants in the upcoming play-offs. The actual league kicks off in mid-November, so this is the last chance to hit top form and prove you deserve a place in the higher league. The underground scene is buzzing, teams are fighting for every point, and the rankings are changing practically week by week. Who’s climbed to the top this time, and who’s been left out in the cold? Another week, another update to the Underground | CS2 Community rankings
Another week of competition on the underground scene has passed, so it’s time to take another look at what’s changed in the Underground | CS2 Community rankings! If you haven’t seen the previous list yet, it’s worth taking a look… That’s the best way to see who’s really been putting in the work over the last few days, and who’s taken their foot off the gas a bit.
What’s changed this week?
No major upheavals at the very top… Lunacy Gaming still reigns supreme with 248 points, although this time they’ve seen a slight drop compared to the previous ranking. Tuga Clan holds onto second place, steadily chipping away at the leaders. Meanwhile, M0CZODOL is knocking on the door of the top two with increasing confidence. The point gaps between the frontrunners are narrowing, so every passing week could bring a change at the top.
Just below the podium, however, there’s been quite a bit of shuffling. VYCE Clan has managed to hold onto 4th place, but the most impressive moves have been made by Victoria Nostra and GV eSports, who have significantly improved their positions thanks to their recent performances. MiVORI and Excurity Gaming, on the other hand, haven’t scored as consistently this time round as they have previously. The middle of the table is incredibly tight… Ignis Five, golden 5 and Team Fairus are separated by just a few points, so the battle for a place in the top 10 promises to be a real nail-biter.
There’s no shortage of excitement at the bottom of the table either. 404 have jumped three places, whilst Lunacy NXT, Gromaz Esports and NPK are steadily picking up points and slowly working their way up the table. The biggest improvement of the week? Without a doubt, Fairus Youngsters, who have climbed a whopping eight places after securing their first points in the rankings! And whilst we’re on the subject of new teams, let’s welcome the newcomers to the rankings… TEAM PERUN, Spectra Esport and DESTINY ESPORTS – good luck in the weeks ahead. Who knows, maybe as early as next week, these teams will break into the TOP 10 of the Underground | CS2 Community rankings.
We’ve got a hot November ahead of us!
The competition on the Underground | CS2 Community scene is entering a really exciting phase. We’re practically halfway through the ESEA season, crucial qualifiers are underway in the Arrmy leagues, and teams are fighting for every opportunity to score points. In the coming weeks, we’re sure to see more than a few surprises… After all, in this ranking, a single good run is enough to jump several places and shake things up at the top.
