SLAKE, an ambitious organisation on the Polish Counter-Strike 2 scene, is opening recruitment for its squad. The project, which is gaining momentum with every passing month, is now entering a new phase. The team’s aim is to continue developing, advance to higher leagues and build a stable, well-coordinated squad ready to compete both online and at LAN tournaments.
About the active players
Currently, the core of the team consists of three players, each of whom has an ELO rating of over 3,000 on the Faceit platform. They are experienced players, filling the roles of entry fragger, support and rifler. SLAKE can also boast a place in the ESEA Main and arrMY Rising competitions, which gives the team the opportunity to play regularly at a high standard and continue to gain experience in a demanding environment.

The team makes no secret of its ambitions – the aim is not only to advance to higher leagues, but above all to build a structure based on mutual trust, long-term cooperation and shared development. The players are open to taking part in offline tournaments and attending bootcamps, which further underlines their serious approach.
Who are they looking for?
Due to growing demands and a desire for further progress, SLAKE
is looking for two new players. Recruitment is for the positions of In-Game Leader (IGL), sniper (AWP) and active lurker – the specific role allocation will be determined based on tests and the candidates’ profiles.
The organisation is looking for players who have a minimum Faceit ELO of +3000, are available at least four times a week between 18:00 and 22:00, and have experience playing for teams competing at ESEA Intermediate level or higher. Commitment, punctuality, a willingness to analyse your own matches and, above all, a focus on long-term collaboration are also important – the team isn’t looking for players ‘just for a while’, but for partners to build something bigger with.
