A change at the top of the OG League.

On 27 May, we wrote about our partner teams in the OG League (article). One Sunday has passed since then, which means that those same teams have played further matches in the league. As a reminder, they are all currently in the second division.

Round 11 wasn’t particularly kind to our partner teams. Only one team managed to pick up a point. We’re talking about the Iron Ravens, who drew 2–2 away against Hackers Esports. YNG SKiLLZ lost their match 2–3 to OFPS Polska, whilst The Separatists were thrashed by AbraCadabra Es. It’s worth noting that these matches were part of the return leg.

The next round (#12) turned out to be more forgiving than the first. Let’s face it, it didn’t take much for that to happen. The Separatists won 4–2 at home against CWL Esports. YNG SKiLLZ, also playing at home, didn’t just win – they thrashed 4FUNGAMING 4–0. Iron Ravens, on the other hand, suffered a setback and lost 3–4 to OFPS Polska.

Unfortunately for Iron Ravens, having secured just one point, they’ve lost their lead. They’ve dropped from first to third place. Thanks to their strong results, YNG have climbed to second place.
It’s worth noting not only our partners, but also the general tightness at the top of the table. AbraCadabra Es lead with 25 points, followed by YNG SKiLLZ, also on 25 points. Third place is held by Iron Ravens, with 24 points to their name, followed by Wewiórki Izika, also on 24 points.

• 1. AbraCadabra Es: 8-1-3, +25 – 25 points
• 2. YNG SKiLLZ: 8-1-3, +12 – 25 points
• 3. Iron Ravens: 7-3-2, +15 – 24 points
• 4. Izik’s Squirrels: 8-0-4, +15, – 24 points
• 8. The Separatists: 4-2-6, -7 – 14 points

Meanwhile, the OGL Cup quarter-finals were taking place. At this stage of the competition, we were able to watch just one of our partners, Iron Ravens, who had knocked out YNG SKiLLZ in the previous round. Unfortunately, our partner’s recent league matches have not been particularly successful, nor was their most recent cup match. Iron Ravens proved no match for Cwaniaki, who play in the top division on a regular basis. They lost to them 0–2.
