We do not know when the debut under the new colours will take place or whether it will end with just one player, so we encourage you to follow SLAKE’s social media profiles to stay up to date with this topic.
3. Cobra Team suffers two defeats in ESEA Open10
date: 30/01/2025, author: BambikXDE
Cobra Team kicked off Season 52 of ESEA Open10 on 15 January. At the start, they were certainly hoping for promotion, or at least a place in the playoffs. But how did they fare, and do they still have a chance of achieving their goals?
They kicked off the season with a match against DeeDoSee, a Ukrainian team. This match posed no major problems for our partner and was won 13-8 on the Anubis map. In their next match, they faced the Polish team Sisyphus Gaming. Unlike their previous opponents, Sisyphus put up significant resistance, though not enough to secure victory. Our partner finished the first week with a 2-0 record.
Cobra Team 13:8 DeeDoSee, Anubis
Cobra Team 16:13 Sisyphus Gaming, Ancient
The following week, however, was not so straightforward. On Thursday, the match against Ego Warriors did not go Cobra Team’s way, and they suffered a 11:13 defeat. The next day was no better, as they suffered a second defeat, this time by a score of 10:13.
Cobra Team 11:13 Ego Warriors, Anubis
Cobra Team 10:13 Gunz, Anubis
Moving on to this week. Yesterday’s match against Hikikomori put Cobra Team in the red. Today, however, they have a chance to turn things around in their match against Brack3t at 20:30.

4. SLAKE is our new partner.
date: 21/01/2025, author: Malun
It is a great pleasure to inform you about new teams joining our ranks of partners; this time is no different, and from today Slake can count on our support.
The organisation is very new, having been in existence for just 20 days! And yes, we decided to make an exception; we usually require at least a month of operation before an organisation can collaborate with us, but after the introduction, the organisation’s owner convinced us, and so here you are, witnessing the start of this partnership.
For now, Slake only has a Counter-Strike 2 division, but they are already working hard on opening a second division, which is set to be EA FC 25. Of course, due to its short history, Slake does not yet have any achievements to speak of in terms of competitive play.
Slake’s roster:
Wanter
NikS
Kemot
Jumper
Paffcio
We are delighted that our network of partners continues to grow, and if you would like to enter into a partnership with us, please visit the ‘Partnerships’ tab.

10. Hussars are trying to avoid relegation to ESEA Intermediate
date: 12/05/2025, author: BambikXDE
Since being promoted to the ESEA Main league, Hussars have been performing disastrously. We recently reported on the end of the first half of the season for them, and things aren’t looking good. At that time, they had a record of 1-7 and were in the relegation zone (more HERE). Unfortunately, things aren’t any better now.
The match, which was due to take place on Tuesday 6 May, did not go ahead due to the opposing team disbanding. As a result, our partner recorded their second victory, though it was a walkover, which does not bode well for the upcoming matches.

The second match played recently was against Copenhagen Wolves Academy. This time the match did take place, but it didn’t last long. The Wolves thrashed the Poles, winning 13–2. As a result, the Hussars are now in 165th place and must win all their remaining matches until the end of the regular season to stay in the league.
