1. Gloris Esports are struggling.

For most Polish underground teams, the ESEA tournaments are the most important, the most exclusive and the most rewarding. Unfortunately, this approach to the tournaments does not always result in a good record or match result, as is the case with the unfortunate Gloris Esports, who, after their first four matches, can safely say they are not happy with the results.

Gloris Esports’ record after the first four matches is just one win and three defeats. The players are certainly not in the best of spirits when it comes to the league itself, but winners aren’t judged by their defeats, but by how they bounce back from them, right?

Gloris Esports’ matches in ESEA S52:

We want to believe that Gloris Esports will bounce back and that all their matches until the end of the season will be marked only with that green colour. We know the players have plenty of quality, so there is a chance they will win without any trouble in future matches.

2. YNG SKiLLZ after another 3 matches in Proleague Polska

The Proleague Polska competition is currently in full swing, or at least that’s how it looks in the media, as evidenced by the next three rounds played. Today, however, we’ll take a look at how our partner – YNG SKiLLZ – fared. Unfortunately, we’ll spoil the rest of the article for you, as YNG performed rather poorly, given their potential. Two draws and a defeat, though it’s worth mentioning that during these three rounds they faced a team like Illegal Esports, which has dominated the Polish virtual club scene for several years.

In the previous three rounds, our partner was in excellent form, winning all three of their matches. Unfortunately, a dip in form follows a run of good form, as YNG discovered a few days ago. We hope, however, that the team will bounce back quickly from these results, and that we’ll soon see the so-called ‘green carpet’ again.

Definitely, 2 points from 3 matches is nothing for YNG SKiLLZ to be proud of, although we believe that YNG SKiLLZ will soon break their losing streak and, as we wrote earlier, we’ll see a run of victories.

3. Constrict Gaming in the GameKnights semi-finals.

Whilst most of our partners focus their efforts solely on ESEA leagues, Constrict Gaming is currently participating in Season 4 of the SGL and GameKnights. In the case of the former tournament, our partner won their first match in Group A against Gloris eSports. More on this tournament, however, will be available soon on our English-language website. Today, we’ll focus on the latter tournament – GameKnights, of course. Constrict Gaming’s players recently played their quarter-final match. They managed to win this match quite comfortably, with our partner’s opponent being our former partner – Gravity Esports. The match consisted of just two maps; a decider wasn’t needed.

In the semi-finals, Constrict Gaming will face the winner of the RazPoRaz vs. BandaAlkoholików match. At this point, however, we have no information on the potential result or whether this match has even taken place.

If we look at the entire tournament bracket, it seems that there are three favourites left in the running to win the whole tournament. We are, of course, talking about Constrict Gaming, Firewolf Clan and Horizon Esports. If we were to bet on who would win this tournament, we would choose between Constrict Gaming and Firewolf Clan. Mainly because in the group stage, Firewolf faced Constrict and won 2-0.

We wish the Constrict Gaming players the best of luck in the semi-finals. We hope to see a ‘friendly final’.

4. Team Fairus is our new partner.

We are pleased to announce that our partner programme has expanded to include one more team. Team Fairus has joined the partner programme. Founded on 16 September 2016, the team initially focused on the well-known game CS:GO.

5. Armitra has found out who their opponent will be in the Galaxy Cup Reborn Edition 2 Round of 16

Recently, the organisers of the Galaxy Cup announced via their social media that all matches in the Round of 32 had concluded. As a result, a number of our partners have learned who their opponents will be in the Round of 16. In this article, I will discuss Armitra, who is among them.

Armitra’s players finished the group stage with a 6-0 record; below are all the results:

Thanks to such a strong record in the playoffs, Armitra started straight away in the Round of 16, waiting for their opponent. They were due to face the winners of the match between ŻółwOdTyłu and Team Vice, but that match did not take place due to Team Vice disbanding. Consequently, our partner will face ŻółwOdTyłu, who finished the league phase with a 3:3 record.

6. Update to the Polish CS2 Underground rankings – 30 December 2024

7. Latest results for Hooligans PL

It’s hard to say that recent times have been kind to the Hooligans EN team. Their last eight league matches have probably put an end to any doubts regarding promotion to the VPG Poland first division. With only two wins, the Hooligans are likely to remain in the VPG Poland second division for the coming season.

8. YNG SKiLLZ presents new players

YNG SKiLLZ never sits idle during transfer windows, resulting in the signing of three more players to bolster the YNG squad in the virtual clubs division. It’s time to introduce the new signings:

🇵🇱 Adam “Mejson” Maj from The Separatists
A versatile player, he has mainly played in attacking positions for a long period whilst representing The Separatists.

🇵🇱 Kamil “Kamcio” Helon from Esport First
Kamil played as a centre-back for ESF for almost six months before deciding to transfer during VPG Polska’s first open window.

🇵🇱 Bartłomiej “Bartix” Jakubiak from Eleven Hunters A promising
young goalkeeper who has been with the H11 team practically from the start; he later spent a season playing for Esport First before joining YNG SKiLLZ.

9. Superion Gaming ends its run in the ESEA Open

In our last article on Superion Gaming, we reported on the team’s progression to the fourth round of the ‘ESEA Open’ playoffs (article). How did they fare next?

In the fourth round, they faced Spanish side Team Shocked. They won Nuke without much trouble, 13-6. The second map, Anubis, did not go so well, however, and Superion suffered a 9-13 defeat. Dust 2 proved to be the decisive map for their continued participation in the “ESEA Open” playoffs. After another close encounter, Superion Gaming lost this map 7-13, and consequently the entire match.

With this match, Superion Gaming ended their run in the ‘ESEA Open’ without qualifying for the ‘ESEA Intermediate’. This is somewhat of a disappointment, given that they finished the group stage with a 12:2 record. Superion now face a longer preparation period, during which they will compete in the ‘Army Open S11’ play-offs and the Winners.gg tournament.

10. Further changes at Avalanche.gg

Avalanche is plagued by constant changes to its main roster. A new role for sequ3r in the team.

Adam “Quzi” Kozak is an experienced player who is joining the squad as a riffler. Avalanche.gg were looking for a sniper, so why is a riffler suddenly joining the squad? SEQU3R will take on the sniper role. Constant changes don’t do anyone any good, so we hope these are the last ones for this team.
