1. Hevind Esports are out of the Spirits Cup

Hevind Esports has unfortunately been knocked out of the Spirits Cup's grand final.. They were eliminated after their playoff qualifier against Faded Squad, who are currently playing the tournament final against TNC Esports.
In their previous match, Hevind faced Armitra Esports. Hevind won 2-0 on the maps, taking Nuke (13-5) and Mirage (13-1).
The results mentioned above are from the upper bracket of the Spirits Cup. Teams that finished 2nd to 4th in the first phase advanced to this stage. In the first phase, Hevind were placed in Group B and ultimately finished in 3rd place. The teams that finished above them were: Los Kogutos AC and Team Disrupt. 7 matches played, 4 wins and 3 losses.

2. Signum Academy with a new player

Signum Esports announced a change to the Counter-Strike 2 academy squad via their social media. Michał “cichy” Nowak has left the squad. Szymon “SONYK” Cabała has joined in his place. Szymon, welcome to the team.
SONYK’s debut was due to take place yesterday, but unfortunately the match ended in a walkover. We hope today will be different.

3. DRIM E-sport’s summary of Arrma’s season

Unfortunately, DRIM E-sport recently ended their participation in the 9th season of the ARRMY Open. Although they lost only two matches in the group stage, they were unfortunately eliminated in the second round of the playoffs. DRIM has also announced that they will take part in the next season – we wish them the best of luck. In the group stage, they managed to achieve an 8-2 record.

4. Superion Gaming presents its squad

Many fans or those in the know about the Polish Counter-Strike 2 underground scene weren’t particularly surprised that the Superion Gaming squad had fallen apart. However, the management has clearly set itself the goal of becoming a stronger team than ever before in its history.
We now know Superion Gaming’s new line-up, and it is certainly not among the weakest. We also know that the players are full of enthusiasm, which will obviously come in handy at the start of their journey, where they will need to get used to each other by working together.

5. Hooligans PL after two rounds

HOOLIGANS PL are proving that the club is heading in the right direction; in the VPG Poland league, they are well on their way to returning to the elite, whilst in the VPL league they can boast a major success, which is undoubtedly their victory over the favourites Savage Team and a draw with the experienced Pistols squad. The Hooligans are currently in 9th place in the VPL league table with 17 points, having recorded five wins, two draws and three defeats.

6. Constrict Gaming’s last 2 matches

Today we’ll be bringing you a round-up of Constrict Gaming’s matches in ESEA Intermediate. As things stand, there are just two matches left to play.
As we know, ESEA is the most important competition for most teams in the Polish underground scene. Will Constrict manage to make it to the playoffs, which would allow them to advance to the higher division, ESEA Main?
Constrict are currently in 68th place, which in the ESEA Intermediate division naturally guarantees promotion to the playoffs, in which the top 128 teams take part.
So, moving on to the topic that probably interests you most, how did Constrict actually fare across the 12 matches they’ve already played?

The first match will be against SISU, scheduled for 19 November at 8.00 pm. The next match is against GentleNeighbour, scheduled for 21 November, also at 8.00 pm.

7. Changes are coming to Avalanche.gg

Avalanche.gg has announced changes to its main Counter-Strike 2 squad via its fan page. Piotr “Dr0bny” Drobniewski has been moved to the bench of his own accord. He had been part of the squad from the very beginning – for over two months. He served as the captain, and now, according to unofficial sources, he will take on the role of coach.
At this point, we do not know who will replace Dr0bny, but we do know what requirements Avalanche.gg has set for candidates for his position. We do, however, know that Jakub “Bronzik” Bronz will take over the role of in-game leader. Jakub has acted as IGL in the past, even at Avalanche.gg.
Requirements:
- minimum Faceit level 7
- minimum 2000 hours
- minimum age of 18
- commitment and a desire to develop
- 5–6 days a week (usually 6pm–10pm / 7pm–11pm)
What we offer:

8. Armitra with a new academy squad

So it’s happened – new players have joined the ranks of the Armitra team. As we know, Armitra hadn’t previously had any team in the Counter-Strike 2 (CS 2) division under its wing, but that changed on 6 August. Admittedly, it was quite a while ago, but we couldn’t inform you about it earlier because we had a technical break on our website. Armitra is hopeful that this squad will be stable and stay with them for longer than the previous ones they’ve had contact with so far.

9. Firewolf Clan after another 4 matches in the ARRMY Open

Since the last article describing their exploits in the ARRMY Open, Firewolf Clan has managed to play several successful matches in the league, and today you will see their results.
Firewolf Clan were set to face the “Jutro do Roboty” mix and a better-known organisation in the Polish underground scene, Polarist Gaming. In the meantime, they also played two matches against Ryczki and PlusW.
Firewolf have reason to celebrate, as they have won their last four matches. Teams such as Polarist Gaming and PlusW certainly gave them a run for their money, but in the end, the wolves emerged victorious from these clashes.

10. YNG FOOTBALL MANAGER: Season 8 is drawing to a close.

The Football Manager series allows for multiplayer gameplay with different clubs, even in different leagues. What career players in EA Sports FC expect from EA Sports has already been in the game from Sports Interactive for several years. YNG SKiLLZ decided to take advantage of this, coming up with the idea of organising a league for Polish players who will be able to lead their club to glory in the Ekstraklasa. Matches are played in the latest edition of FM – Football Manager 2024. The YNG League comprises a total of four leagues:
- PKO Bank Polski Ekstraklasa (top flight)
- Fortuna 1. liga (second tier)
- 2. liga west
- 2. Liga East
Season 8 has only just come to an end, at least in the Ekstraklasa and Fortuna 1. liga. Lechia Zielona Góra is the top team in this league, managed by Konrad Puchowski. We must admit that for an 8th season, there are some remarkable teams playing in the Polish Ekstraklasa. By comparison, the Ekstraklasa we know from the 22/23 season features teams such as Lech Poznań, Legia Warsaw, Pogoń Szczecin, Raków Częstochowa and Widzew Łódź. You might think that one of these teams is likely to be in a position to qualify for European competition. Nothing could be further from the truth – Lech Poznań is the closest, sitting in 9th place. Polonia Warsaw has also joined the Ekstraklasa. There is no Poznań derby, but the Warsaw derby has returned. Teams such as Górnik Polkowice, the aforementioned Polonia Warsaw and Motor Lublin have been relegated from the Ekstraklasa this season.
Śląsk Wrocław with the 1st League champions, but…
Śląsk, with 84 points, has been promoted to the top flight. An eleven-point lead over second place makes it seem as though this promotion could not be taken away from them. Śląsk is managed by Arkadiusz Giraga. Mr Arkadiusz, congratulations on the promotion! The play-offs were won by GKS Tychy, managed by Michał Michna. Alongside Śląsk and GKS, Radomiak Radom, who finished in 2nd place, have also been promoted to the Ekstraklasa. The club is managed by Maciej “Świeżak” Gulewski.
2nd League East goes to… Stal Mielec.
Jagiellonia Białystok finished 4 points behind Stal Mielec. Ultimately, it is Stal who are promoted to the Fortuna 1st League from first place. Joining Stal in the higher league is the runners-up, the aforementioned “Jaga”. As far as we are aware, the play-offs have not yet concluded. In the play-offs for the 2nd League East, we have teams such as: Wisła Płock, Znicz Pruszków, Resovia Rzeszów and Sandecja Nowy Sącz.
The 2nd League West title goes to… Radunia.
The 2nd League title goes to Radunia, albeit by a mere 2-point margin. Radunia and Lechia Gdańsk have secured promotion to the Fortuna 1st League. SMS Łódź, ŁKS Łódź, Piast Gliwice and Błękitni Stargard Szczeciński will play in the play-offs. Could there be a Łódź derby?
