As you well know, we’re slowly drawing this year to a close and getting ever closer to the highlight of our calendar: the SUPERIONGG AWARDS 2025. Once again, we’ll be choosing together the best team and the best tournament of the past twelve months. Over the last few days, we’ve been introducing you to the teams that have made it onto the shortlist. And today, we’ve got something interesting for you once again. This time, we’re taking a closer look at an organisation that may not have won a mountain of trophies, but has been a vibrant part of the amateur scene for years. A team that probably everyone is familiar with – Excurity Gaming. This is a team that doesn’t just pop up now and then, or exist solely from tournament to tournament, but one with real character. They may not win everything that comes their way, but they’re always there, playing their own game, building their brand and, every now and then, managing to surprise us in a positive way.
And today we’ll take a look at how their year went, what they achieved, how they fared in the rankings, and what became of their most recent line-up. And above all… Do they have what it takes to compete for your vote in this year’s poll?
Excurity Gaming’s Achievements
Excurity is a team whose history isn’t centred on trophies or a string of podium finishes. It’s more a story of perseverance, comebacks and attempts to get everything just right so that it finally ‘clicks’. There have been months of squad reshuffles, there have been breaks, but one thing has never been lacking… The desire to get back on the server and carry on playing. This year, they’ve also achieved a concrete, tangible result. Excurity Gaming finished 3rd in the T&S Cup, a tournament in which they demonstrated stability, composure and truly solid gameplay. This is no fluke, nor a one-off success. It is the result of the work they put in, even when it wasn’t visible on paper. It may not be a trophy for the main display cabinet, but it’s an achievement that clearly shows this team can see things through to the end. And when it counts, they can dot the i’s and cross the t’s.
Articles and media coverage
Although Excurity isn’t a team that regularly makes the ‘front pages’, over the past year they’ve featured in our coverage more often than one might expect. Sometimes it was a brief tournament update, sometimes a mention of qualifiers, and at other times a summary of their form. This is a team that may not generate media fireworks, but stubbornly makes its presence felt. What’s more, they do so naturally, as a result of their regular activity on the scene.
In practice, this meant that almost every week there was some new information, a new attempt, or another entry into a tournament or league. Thanks to this, Excurity Gaming remained on our radar, not because they ‘had to’, but because they were actually playing and taking up the challenge. And it is precisely for this consistency that they have also been nominated.

What is Excurity Gaming’s current line-up?
Excurity does not currently have an active line-up. The last five players to represent the organisation ended their run together on 3 November 2025, bringing their three-month stint together to a close. The line-up was as follows:

It was this line-up that featured in our coverage as we reported on their league matches and their battle for a higher position in the standings. It was a five-man squad that had its moments and showed real character, but ultimately the organisation decided to bring this chapter to a close.

Unlike some of the other nominated teams, Excurity Gaming has not featured in the Cybersport.pl ranking recently. This is somewhat natural, as we are talking about an organisation operating mainly at the level of amateur leagues and lower tiers of competition. Rather than competing with the top teams on the Polish scene, Excurity has focused instead on building a stable presence in leagues such as ESEA Entry and within the Arrma organisation, as well as gradually strengthening its position within the community.
Excurity’s position in the Underground | CS2 Community rankings is far more interesting. The team has managed to stay in the top ten for quite some time, regularly featuring in the rankings as a solid, recognisable brand. Although they’ve never managed to make it onto the podium, their strength lies precisely in their consistency. No spectacular surges, but no sharp drops either. Excurity are one of those teams that are simply always somewhere near the top of the pack. They play their own game, pick up points in successive tournaments and, step by step, build their reputation.
What’s the Awards 2025 all about?
For those of you visiting for the first time… the 2025 Awards is our editorial team’s annual poll, in which we select the best team and the best tournament of the past year. Voting is likely to start on 2 January and will run for a full two weeks. During this time, everyone will be able to cast two votes: one for a team and one for an event that they believe deserves recognition.
