In the history of every team, there comes a time when they have to say goodbye to one of their players. This time, that moment has arrived for Constrict Gaming, which, as of yesterday, has been forced to start looking for a new player to fill the gap in its line-up and continue competing on the scene.
A new chapter for Constrict Gaming
According to an announcement published by Constrict Gaming, the organisation is opening recruitment for the role of anchor/lurker. This is an opportunity for ambitious players who wish to join a stable and promising team with a clear vision for development.
Constrict Gaming has been active on the scene since March 2021 and boasts a solid, virtually unchanged core of players. Following Janush’s recent departure, the team is now a four-man line-up comprising:

The players have been competing together for over half a year. Now the time has come to fill the missing link in the team: a player who will once again take on the role of anchor/lurker, a position that is crucial both tactically and in terms of communication.
The organisation offers the full support needed to develop at a higher level of competition:
- access to a CS server and TeamSpeak
- coverage of costs associated with participating in tournaments and leagues
- professional branding
- team shirts
- trips to boot camps and LAN events
- a place in the ESEA Intermediate league
Importantly, all players are employed on a contract-for-services basis, which demonstrates the organisation’s professional approach to collaboration.
Who are they looking for?
Constrict Gaming is looking for people who are motivated, committed and willing to devote a significant amount of time to the team’s development. High-level communication skills, responsibility, consistency and a desire for continuous improvement – both in-game and off-game – are also key.
The requirements listed in the advert include, amongst others:
- age 16–24
- a minimum of 6,000 hours in CS2
- FACEIT level 10
- experience in team-based play
- availability to take part in boot camps and offline tournaments
- no active in-game bans or suspicious history
- availability of a few hours a day (particularly in the evenings)
