The closed qualifiers for the Arrma Masters are now in full swing. For their part, Nisla Rakov showed right from their very first match that they intend to play a significant role in the qualifiers. Their opening clash with ATP looked set to be an intriguing affair from the outset. Both teams had something to prove, and the stakes were high. On the serve, however, it quickly became clear who was in control of the match. Nisła played confidently, with a clear game plan and energy that was impossible to overlook. Their opening performance in the qualifiers could be a sign of things to come… Because if they maintain this level, the upcoming matches promise to be truly exciting.
Nisła Raków show their strength on Mirage and Nuke
The first map of the series was Mirage, which went Nisła Raków’s way right from the start. The team quickly found their rhythm and dictated the pace to their opponents, consistently building up a lead. ATP had moments where they tried to put up a fight, but Nisła’s lead became increasingly clear with every round. The match was entirely under the control of the favourites, who closed out the map without any major problems and with a solid points lead. Mirage ended with a score of 13–6, and Nisla Rakov took the lead in the series, showing confidence right from the start of the match.
The second map, Nuke, was supposed to be ATP’s chance to get back into the contest and extend the series. However, Nisła Raków had no intention of letting that happen… From the very start of the match, it was they who set the tone, consistently building a lead and maintaining control of the score. ATP looked for a way to turn the match around, but every attempt ended in failure. Nisła did not allow their opponents to get back into the match, and the confidence with which they played each round only served to underline their dominance. Nuke ended with a score of 13–7, sealing a 2–0 victory in the series and a perfect start for the team in the closed qualifiers for the Army Masters.
Another test lies ahead for Nisła
Nisla Rakov can consider their first match in the closed qualifiers a complete success, but this is only the beginning of the journey. The victory over ATP has given them valuable momentum, which they will try to maintain in their next match. That match will take place this Sunday, 2 November, when Nisła will face PACZKANARESPIE. This is a team that is also keen to progress and will certainly not give up points without a fight. This clash could be one of the most exciting moments of this qualifying phase, and Nisła’s fans are certainly hoping their team will once again put in a top performance.
