We’ve just come through an incredibly exciting final to the second season of the Invictus League. It’s time to take stock of the entire tournament, and today we’ll be looking at the key statistics from this edition of the Invictus League.
Let’s start with the statistics for the maps played during the tournament. Mirage was the most frequently played map, selected in over 25 per cent of matches, whilst the rest were as follows:
-
Dust2: 5 matches, 16.67%
-
Anubis: 7 matches,23.33%
-
Nuke: 4 matches,13.33%
-
Vertigo: 2 matches, 6.67%
-
Ancient: 3 matches, 10%
-
Inferno: 1 match, 3.33%
As we can see, players were least likely to choose the Inferno map, which was selected only once, in a second-round losers’ bracket match between CFK eSports and World’s Worst Players, which the latter won 13–5.
MVP SUPERIONGG
As in the previous edition of the tournament, we would like to officially announce the tournament’s Most Valuable Player, who is PATRIKINHO from the Young Stars Talents organisation. This player managed to achieve a K/D ratio of 1.65, racking up 187 eliminations whilst dying just 113 times.
It is also worth highlighting three other players from this organisation, who also performed exceptionally well and achieved a K/D ratio of over 1.00.
JACO 1.13 K/D (168K/148D)
JKB 1.35 (145K/107D)
KUCZU 1.17 (171K/146D)
We congratulate the players on their excellent individual results, and the organisation on having such gems in its ranks.
FINAL
It’s probably not hard to guess that one of the teams to reach the tournament’s grand final was Young Stars Talents. However, they faced a few difficulties, as they had to fight their way up from the losers’ bracket, and winning the grand final seemed a real challenge, given that their opponent, Armitra, hadn’t encountered any major difficulties and hadn’t even come close to being relegated to the same bracket as Young Stars Talents. Despite this, Young Stars Talents managed to beat Armitra 2–1 in a best-of-three series, and it was they who took home the top prize, which amounted to 350 zł, whilst Armitra had to settle for 50 zł for second place. Third place went to the players representing Fusion e-Sport, who won 100 zł, whilst the final prize-winners were ŻółwOdTyłu, who received 50 zł.

As we can see, the most resilient organisation won this tournament and they are surely very pleased with their success in the second edition of the Invictus League, which, despite everything, was not an easy one for them. Throughout the tournament, their determination was clear to see and feel, and here is the result that has secured them the championship.
