Another week has gone by, and with it… more shake-ups in the Cybersport rankings. This time, things have really been turned upside down among our partners. The competition between them is getting fiercer by the day! But it’s not just there that changes have taken place; there have also been shifts at the very top of the national rankings. The lads are still in the lead, but the Betclic Apogee team hasn’t just dropped from first place… they’ve dropped to third! Meanwhile, ESC has jumped into second place, slowly but surely climbing the table.
A new week, a new round in the Cybersport rankings
In our previous round-up, we analysed our partners’ positions in the Cybersport.pl rankings as of 21 July. At that time, Armitra Esports caused the most excitement, jumping eleven places to reach the upper half of the table. Now, not only has this form been maintained, but Armitra has made another solid climb of two places and currently occupies 15th place with 698 points, consolidating its lead among our partners.
Just behind them in the partner rankings is Young Stars, who have also improved their position. They have moved up one place to 18th, having accumulated a total of 528 points. The team’s consistent form allows them to remain among the top partners, although they are still some way behind Armitra in terms of points. Constrict Gaming, which entered the TOP 20 a week ago, has this time recorded a slight drop and currently sits in 21st place with 447 points. Despite this, the team remains close to the top and could climb back up at any moment.
Hussars fared slightly worse, having only recently topped our partners’ rankings. This time, they recorded a significant drop of nine places, falling to 27th with 389 points. Additionally, there have been further changes at the bottom of the list. ValianceGG, last week’s newcomers, dropped one place and currently sit in 29th place with 374 points. Gloris eSports, who have the same number of points, have returned to the TOP 30 after a brief absence, closing the rankings in 30th place. Their return may herald a continued battle for better positions in the coming weeks.

The battle for ranking points continues?
We have more exciting days ahead on the CS2 scene, both locally and internationally. The ESEA season has already passed the halfway mark, and every subsequent round could prove crucial in the battle for a better seeding ahead of the playoffs. For many teams, this is the moment to prove their worth. The Galaxy Cup is also in the final stages of the group stage, and we’ll soon find out all the line-ups for the knockout phase. The final matches could still shake things up considerably. Not only in the tournament table, but also in the Cybersport ranking. That’s because it’s not just the wins that count there, but also the style in which they’re achieved. Meanwhile, the Arma competition is entering its next phase, where there is no room for error. It is here that teams’ rankings are often decided. Consequently, points earned at this stage can move teams up by as many as several places, as previous weeks have shown.
