Let’s go back to last season for a moment. One of The Separatists’ players – ‘JarCze’, to be precise – was named in the Second Division Team of the Season as a centre-back. Congratulations! Below we present the line-up for the 7th season of the VPG Poland First Division, in which, of course, The Separatists are competing.

An average start to the league, but not the worst?

Compared to YNG SKiLLZ, who we discussed earlier, The Separatists haven’t had such a bad start to the league. One win, one draw and three defeats. It’s worth remembering that we’re still talking about a team that managed to avoid relegation last season, so a realistic goal this season is to fight to stay up again.

Cunning Foxes

The start to the new season was not an easy one. The away match against Cunning Foxes ended in a 0–7 defeat. It is worth noting, however, that Cunning Foxes are a leading team on the Polish virtual club scene. A dozen or so minutes later, The Separatists picked up their first points – and, most importantly, three of them. They won 1–0 against YNG SKiLLZ, away from home. They picked up further points in their clash with Casual Kickers, where a 2–2 scoreline gave them the much-desired draw, which translated into one point.

“Yesterday’s matches”…

Unfortunately, we’ll have to wait a little while for the results of yesterday’s matches. As soon as we receive the information, we’ll certainly put pen to paper and report on our partner’s results from yesterday. Another day with VPG was certainly not an easy one for our partner. You could say they “drew a tough set of opponents”. First GSK Esport, then OM3N eSports. Our partner ended the day with a match against Golden Goats.
