Every now and then, projects emerge on the esports scene that make it clear from the outset that they weren’t set up by chance. TW E-sports is one such organisation… Built on ambition, a belief in the potential of its players and a desire to reach higher than the status of a ‘new team’ would suggest. From its very first days, TW has prioritised development and consistency, building a team of people who want more than just to take part in the next tournament. It is precisely this philosophy that has become the foundation of our new partnership and the reason why our paths have crossed.
From concept to organisation – the history of TW E-sports
TW E-sports was founded on 1 December 2024 as a project that had a clearly defined direction from the very start. It was neither a passing initiative nor an attempt to make a quick entrance onto the scene. It was a well-considered step towards creating an organisation based on development and a long-term vision. Behind the whole venture is Nataniel “n4t3k” Matecki, who decided to channel his experience and ambitions into building his own team.

It is precisely this approach that has become the foundation of the organisation and defined its identity on the esports scene. Rather than seeking ready-made solutions, the project focused on forging its own path and developing the team step by step.
