Nexium POLteam is a squad which, over recent weeks and months, has proven that its DNA as a top-tier organisation in the Polish underground scene has not changed in the slightest. Their recent results have led to promotion to, amongst others, the ESEA Main. It is also worth noting that the team has firmly established itself in the Cybersport.pl rankings. For many teams and individuals, this ranking is a benchmark of a certain standard. As it happens, POLteam is climbing higher with every update. Currently (updated 15/12/2025), they are in 13th place. Among our partner teams, they are the highest-ranked team in this ranking.
Results so far without a coach
It is also impressive that the players have achieved all these results without the support of a coach. It was only a few days ago that the organisation announced a recruitment drive specifically for this role. Given the progress the team’s players have made recently, there should be no shortage of candidates for the position. Without taking anything away from their opponents or other teams in the Polish underground scene, in many projects we can see coaches managing players with far less potential than that found in POLteam’s current line-up.
We’ll discuss their promotion to ESEA Main in more detail in an upcoming article, which will summarise all our partners’ activities within the ESEA League. In addition to the aforementioned promotion, the players also managed to finish in 3rd place in the Immunity: Return tournament. We’ve written at length about this in this article.
An ambitious, forward-thinking squad. These words are, of course, borne out by the recent results and the pace of the squad’s development… and all this without a coach. Is it possible? It is – you just need the will to do it, and it would be good if the coach shared that same level of commitment and drive. The organisation offers access to 2D analytical tools, such as noesis.gg, amongst others. We mustn’t forget to mention the positive atmosphere either.
However, this opportunity isn’t for everyone. To become a new POLteam coach, you must first and foremost be selected, and you must also possess a few key qualities. An open mind capable of coming up with more than one play, and the ability to think analytically. Experience at a minimum of ESEA Intermediate level.
