The CS2 scene in Poland is constantly evolving, and one of the teams that is increasingly attracting attention is Vandals Clan. In recent months, the team has been regularly taking part in numerous tournaments, gaining experience and establishing its position within the esports community. However, the end of October brought significant changes. The organisation announced that it was parting ways with the current coach of its CS2 division.
The end of an era
An emotional post appeared on Vandals Clan’s X profile, in which the team thanked their coach for their time together. The message conveyed a great deal of respect and gratitude for his work. The players highlighted his passion, professionalism and dedication, which had helped them become a stronger and more cohesive team.
The team also emphasised that they do not view this parting as a final farewell. As they wrote – they are not saying ‘goodbye’, but ‘see you later’, because the doors to the organisation will always remain open to the coach. It is a lovely gesture that shows just how much importance the Vandals attach to relationships and mutual respect within their project.
The door is open to new candidates
Just a few days later, on 31 October, Vandals Clan announced that it was beginning the search for a new coach. This swift response shows that the team has no intention of slowing down and wants to return to full strength as soon as possible. In a statement published on social media, the team made it clear that they are looking for someone with coaching or analytical experience – someone ready to commit fully to the project and work with an ambitious squad.
The Vandals emphasised that the new coach should not only know the game inside out, but also have a passion for development. It is therefore clear that the organisation is looking for someone who will not only assist with analysis and tactics, but will also become an integral part of the team.
A strong season and consistent form
It must be said that the search for a new coach has come at a very interesting time for the whole team. Vandals Clan has had an intense period and can boast some truly solid results. They have already reached the semi-finals of the FeatherCup, which clearly shows that the team is capable of competing at a high level.
They are performing just as well in other competitions. In the Immunity League, they currently sit fourth in Group C. In the ESEA Entry League, they boast a record of 6 wins and 2 defeats. These are impressive results, confirming that the team is in good form and has the potential to aim for even greater goals.
A new chapter and new ambitions
Although changes to the coaching staff always involve a certain amount of risk, Vandals Clan is showing that it can look to the future with optimism. The team wants to develop, improve and gain further experience. The new coach is expected to be someone who will help them turn their ambitions into real successes.
This story perfectly illustrates that in esports, it is not only talent that is crucial, but also consistency, determination and openness to change. Vandals Clan isn’t resting on its laurels for a moment – on the contrary, it is looking ahead and making it clear that its goal is to develop and fight for victories.
Who will become the new coach and lead the team to further successes? That remains to be seen, but one thing is certain – Vandals Clan has not had its final say.
