There’s been quite a lot going on in the Counter-Strike underground scene of late. Whilst some are calling time on their careers, others are embarking on entirely new chapters. This is certainly the case for Vandals Clan, who recently announced changes to their CS2 squad. So who will we see representing Vandals in upcoming competitions?
Vandals Clan’s new players
As the announcement reveals, Vandals Clan have not been idle and have quickly seized the opportunity that arose following ValianceGG’s suspension of activities. This is where the three new players come from, who will now proudly represent Vandals. To be more precise, the team has been joined by WisTu, Keisy and imCytryNx, who are well known on the underground scene and have already demonstrated their potential on more than one occasion.
But that’s not the end of the changes. The line-up is also bolstered by Szczyku and CSKU, who, whilst they did not previously represent Valiance, are also joining the Vandals as fresh blood. As a result, the organisation is banking on a mix of experience and fresh energy, which could translate into solid performances in upcoming tournaments. So, the full Vandals line-up is as follows:
WisTu - Szczyku
- Keisy
- CSKU
- imCytryNx
WisTu P.S. Apologies if I’ve misspelt any usernames or used capitalisation incorrectly; I’ve tried to base them on the team logos, ‘jerseys’ and the cybersport rankings
That’s not the end of the changes…
But the announcements don’t stop at the players themselves, as every squad also needs a strong support team. Vandals Clan have ensured there’s no shortage of experience behind the scenes either, where we’ll once again find familiar faces from Valiance.
Dragon will be supporting the team as a stand-in, ready to jump onto the server and help the squad whenever needed. okocs is responsible for preparing and leading the team in his role as coach. Additionally, Trapotti will assist him in analysing opponents and devising tactics. Meanwhile, the new manager, Szampersyn, will oversee the organisation and overall running of the team.
Thanks to this set-up, the Vandals have not only secured a solid line-up, but also a foundation that can lead them to success. The full team structure is therefore as follows:
- WisTu
- Szczyku
- Keisy
- CSKU
- imCytryNx
- Dragon — Stand-in
- okocs — Coach
- JohnnyTrapotti — Analyst
- Szampersyn — Manager
A new chapter in the history of Vandals Clan has just begun. Roster changes, fresh faces and a strong support staff mean the team will be heading into the upcoming competitions with great potential. Will this blend of experience and fresh energy prove to be the key to success on the CS2 underground scene?
