ViBe Gaming were on the verge of promotion to the Masters division – at least in theory. Their superb run in the open qualifiers for Season 14 in this division only came to an end in the final, where they had to concede defeat to their opponents. Although a place on the podium doesn’t formally grant anything, their performance demonstrated the team’s enormous potential. It is worth remembering, however, that the open qualifiers are just the tip of the iceberg… A victory in the final would have granted them access to the closed qualifiers, from where they would first have had to make it through to the play-offs. And only after a successful run in the play-offs would they be able to compete in the new season in the Masters division. ViBe have, however, proven that they can compete at the highest level and could be a formidable team in their current division.
ViBe Gaming’s journey through the open qualifiers
- Round 1 – bye
ViBe Gaming began the qualifiers with a bye. The absence of an opponent allowed the team to catch their breath and prepare for their first real matches, where more serious challenges awaited.
- Round 2 – 13:5 vs AimLabNicNieDaje | Mirage
The first serious match was played on the Mirage map, and ViBe dominated their opponents from the outset. The 13–5 win was a confident, controlled victory that allowed the team to find their rhythm and build confidence ahead of the next rounds. There was excellent communication between the players and they were effective at exploiting their opponents’ weaknesses, which allowed them to control the key moments of the match. Although the score suggests they were in the lead from the start, the team could not afford to let their guard down for a moment. Every point was important, and the confidence built up in this clash paid dividends in the subsequent, more demanding rounds.
- Round 3 – 19:17 AGENTYY | Ancient
On the Ancient map, ViBe Gaming faced AGENTYY in a clash that proved to be a real test of character. The match was full of tension and nerve-wracking moments. After several overtime periods, ViBe emerged victorious 19:17. The team showed composure and the ability to rise to the occasion in crucial moments, whilst every point scored in the extra rounds heightened the atmosphere and excitement amongst the fans. It was clear that the players work brilliantly together and are able to rise to the occasion in the toughest moments, which enabled them to emerge victorious from this demanding clash.

- Quarter-final – 16:13 M0CZODOL | Nuke
The next challenge came on the Nuke map, where ViBe Gaming once again had to go to overtime. The 16:13 result showed that the team can handle the pressure and is capable of winning even in dramatic circumstances. Every round was incredibly thrilling, and the teamwork between the players became increasingly evident. With each successive round, their confidence grew, and the team proved they could maintain their focus and react effectively to their opponents’ moves, even when the situation became tense.
- Semi-final – 13:10 ex-KONF1TURA | Mirage
The semi-final clash proved slightly easier, though it still required full concentration. On Mirage, ViBe Gaming controlled the flow of the match, confidently defeating ex-KONF1TURA 13:10. Although the scoreline was closer than in the opening rounds, the team demonstrated consistency and good preparation. Every play and every point were the result of a well-planned strategy and quick communication, which gave hope for victory in the final and highlighted the team’s improving form.
- Final – 12–16 Małpiszony | Nuke
The final, however, brought ultimate disappointment. On the Nuke map, ViBe Gaming had to concede defeat to Małpiszony after a one-sided overtime, losing 12:16. Despite the defeat, the team ended their run with great honour. It was clear that every player was giving their all, and the battle went down to the wire. This performance showed that ViBe are ready for further challenges, and their place amongst the elite of the Polish scene is fully deserved.

Although ViBe Gaming finished the qualifiers in second place, their performance demonstrated the team’s immense potential and character. The team fought right to the very end, showing composure in the tie-breaks and the ability to respond in the most difficult moments. This run proved that ViBe are ready for further challenges and can still be a formidable opponent in upcoming qualifiers and future tournaments. Coming close to perfection isn’t a defeat… It’s simply motivation to come back even stronger.
