Just today we reported on ViBe Gaming’s qualification for the Arrma Open S13 play-offs. The team is still competing in the ESEA Entry league. They’re certainly not doing any worse in that league than they are in the green division. After four matches, they have a 3-1 record. Although their start to the competition was rather poor, they managed to win the next three matches.
The opener
In their opening match of the season, ViBe Gaming faced Athlon. The match was played on Anubis. At half-time, our partner were leading 7–5. However, that wasn’t enough to seal the victory. In the second half, the opposition won more rounds, whilst our partner managed only three, resulting in a 10–13 defeat.

First win of the season
In the second round, they faced ‘ooh team’. You have to admit, it’s a creative name. Once again, we watched anubis in this match. However, after the first half, we knew this would be a completely different match to the one against Athlon. At half-time, our partner was leading 11–1. In the second half, the opposition staged a remarkable comeback and almost pulled it off. In the final round of normal time, our partner secured a round that denied ooh team a chance at extra time.

Walkover
Last Monday, our partner was due to face MAXIDOGS. However, the match did not take place as the opposition failed to appear on the server. The match that was scheduled for Wednesday, however, did take place, and we were able to see anubis in action once again throughout the match. Their opponents were the “OLDSCHOOL” team. After the first half, our partner found themselves trailing, having lost the first half 4–8. However, they turned the match around, with the opposition winning just two rounds in the second half, meaning our partner won the match 13–10.

The next match is on Monday
Matches in the ESEA Open and ESEA Entry are typically played at 8.30 pm on Mondays and Fridays. We don’t yet know who our partner’s opponent will be on Wednesday, as the draw hasn’t been made yet. However, we do know who they’ll be facing on Monday: the German team Griffin Gaming, who currently have a 2-1 record (they’re playing their fourth match today at 8.30 pm). All that’s left for us to do is wish our partner the best of luck!
