As you’re no doubt well aware, our network of partners has been growing at a truly rapid pace of late. We’re constantly welcoming new projects… which, despite their youth, sometimes show that they have enormous potential. This time, we’re delighted to announce a partnership with a team that recently celebrated its first anniversary. We’re talking, of course, about Visionary. A team centred around the Counter-Strike 2 scene, which is committed to consistent development and a close-knit, young line-up.
From vision to reality
Visionary was founded on 20 October 2024 on the initiative of Wiktor “TIX3” Rybiałek. He fulfils a dual role within the team, acting as both a player and the owner. The idea for the project arose from the need to build a team based on shared ambitions, rather than random names. TIX3 focused on players who want to develop, whilst creating an environment based on mutual trust and commitment.
The first few months of operation brought valuable experience, but also a number of lessons. Although the end of the year did not bring spectacular results, Visionary viewed this time as a period for laying the foundations for future success. It was then that the decision was made to restructure the team, with the aim of breathing new life into the project. The core of the squad was revamped with the addition of three new players, and a coach was appointed to bring structure to training sessions and support the players’ individual development.
Youth and ambition – Visionary is aiming for a breakthrough season
Visionary’s current line-up is as follows:
Wiktor “TIX3” Rybiałek
Maciej “Baiter” Brzeziński
Maciej “XYR0” Gilarski
Aleksander “Tapek” Korzeniowski
Maksymilian “Myszor” Krawczyk
The average age of the Visionary players is just 18, making them one of the youngest teams in our partner programme. Despite their young age, the squad led by Wiktor is proving that it can combine freshness with a mature approach to the game. The players train regularly, analyse their matches and constantly work on improving their communication and teamwork. In this case, youth is not a limitation but an asset. Everyone has a hunger for competition and a desire to prove that they can compete with more experienced teams. Visionary’s main goal for the rest of this year is, first and foremost, to qualify for the play-offs of the ESEA Open, as well as to achieve consistent results in ArrMY, which are intended to be the next step in establishing their position on the scene.
The team is also competing in the Immunity League, where, after four rounds, they have a record of 1–3. Although the start of the season has not gone to plan, Visionary are still fighting to improve their position in the table. Today they face a tough clash against Hussars, a team regarded as one of the favourites for the top spots in the group. For this young squad, it will be not only a challenge but also a chance to show their character.
A new partner, new opportunities
This season could prove pivotal in the team’s history. Visionary has already completed the squad-building phase, and now is the time to turn the experience gained into tangible results. Determination, a willingness to learn and consistency in their approach mean this team has everything it takes to join the ranks of the top teams on the Polish CS scene in the future. We wish the whole team the best of luck in the upcoming competitions and hope that this season will bring them their first, long-awaited successes.
