The Nexium POLteam are continuing their excellent run in the ESEA Intermediate S55 league, showing no signs of slowing down in their bid to reach the play-offs. What’s more, with every match, the team is showing increasing confidence and ever-improving teamwork. In our previous article, we analysed their earlier performances – you can find it here, as that’s where we described the beginnings of their excellent form and the team’s subsequent triumphs.
This time, we’ll take a look at the next three matches, which provided both excitement and valuable experience. Two matches ended in victories, whilst in one – despite a tremendous fight – POLteam had to concede defeat to their opponents. Nevertheless, the overall record still looks very good, so it’s worth seeing how the Poles have fared in recent weeks.
Walkover against Pandaric Main
Nexium began the seventh round with a 5–1 record, which already placed them among the very top of the league. On 28 October 2025, they were due to face the German team Pandaric Main, but their opponents failed to appear on the server. In accordance with the competition rules, a walkover was awarded, allowing the Poles to secure their sixth win of the season without playing. Although the lack of competition on the server always leaves a slight sense of disappointment, the most important thing is the points, which have strengthened Nexium’s position in the table.

A narrow defeat to GAMESPORT
The next match, played on 4 November 2025, was packed with excitement. The Poles’ opponents were the Russian team GAMESPORT, who dictated the terms from the outset. The first half belonged to the opponents, who built up a lead, but after the break, POLteam once again showed character and a fighting spirit.
The Poles gradually made up the deficit, leading to a very close finish. Unfortunately, this time they were just a touch unlucky – the match ended in a narrow 11–13 defeat, although the result could just as easily have gone the other way.
