As we’re running short of material for our articles on the EA Sports FC club scene, we’ve decided to write one longer piece covering not just one partner, but several. We’ll start with YNG SKiLLZ, who began strengthening their squad after the season ended. Earlier this month, we wrote about two new players (here); four days after announcing those two, they announced a third.
New player for YNG SKiLLZ
Igor2q
My previous clubs were Pixel United, OKS Otwock, Unexpected FC and Polish H00ligans. My aim was to make it into the top Virtual Pro Gaming league in Poland. I’ve been playing for clubs since FIFA 23 and have been a goalkeeper from the start, as I felt that was my calling.
These were the words of YNG’s latest signing, Igor “Igor2q” Talaga, who plays in goal. We’ve also learnt that Igor will mainly be the reserve goalkeeper; Imonos, who is famous for his incredible saves, will remain the club’s first-choice goalkeeper. However, we’re optimistic and confident that Igor will get his chance. We wish him the best of luck in his new colours and hope he settles in well, although he’s probably already done so, given that the transfer was announced almost a week ago.
YNG SKiLLZ player named in the ProLeague Team of the Season
As a reminder, YNG SKiLLZ finished the ProLeague Polska (1st division) season in mid-table, and one player was even named in the league’s Team of the Season. We’re talking about “slepy4795”, who is definitely not blind – otherwise he wouldn’t have made it into this team. The player usually plays as an attacking central midfielder (we think). Congratulations!
The Bulls Team players in the ProLeague Polska Team of the Season
Our next partner, The Bulls Team, managed to win the competition, so it’s hardly surprising that more than one of their players features in the Team of the Season. Most of this team consists of TBT representatives. Let’s start with the goalkeeper, where we have Lorenc_HP. In defence (CB), the following players were selected: Kacper055PL and Chlebinho543. Rightowski features in the defensive central midfield position. ‘JOtKaa’ is flying down the left wing or as left-sided attacking midfielder, whilst up front is the well-known ILU133PL. We congratulate every player and wish them the best of luck for the future.
Goalkeeper: Lorenc_HP
Defender: Kacper055PL, Chlebinho543
Defensive Midfielder: Rightowski
Left Winger/Left Flank: JOtKaa
Striker: ILU133PL
Esports Premier
The organisation has also received an invitation to the VPG Esports Premier competition, where they will be competing against teams such as: AC Strenua, Aldershot Town esports, Alemania Aachen eSports, Besiktas eSports, Blacksheep, Capacitanes eSports, CE EUROPA eSports, Digital eSports, FC COCOPOPS, Fertouka United, GD Tourizense, GTZ Esports, Heritage, Mercier, New Diamonds, Nexus Esport, Rampant, Rote Teufel E-sport, Team noReturn and True Footbal. We can only wish them the best of luck.
Honours for Vikings (ProLeague Polska)
Vikings, one of the newer partners on our site. They competed in the second division of ProLeague Polska, where, unfortunately, they failed to secure promotion. Ultimately, they finished the season in fourth place. Although, I’d hold off on saying they’ve been eliminated just yet, as there’s still some time before the start of the new season and it’s not certain whether any team from the top division – or one that has secured promotion – might withdraw next season. Given the Vikings’ fairly high position in the second division, three players made it into the team of the season:
Goalkeeper: koksuziom31
Defender: szymon140127
Midfielder: Mrtino79
Congratulations!
Player of the Season
The club decided to award a virtual trophy for Player of the Season, which went to the goalkeeper, ‘Koks’. Nine clean sheets and a place in the ProLeague Polska second division Team of the Season — that’s more or less how the Vikings’ board justified their choice. Congratulations, see you in the new season.
