1. Superion Gaming suspends its Counter-Strike 2 division

Superion Gaming is our longest-standing partner, having been with us since this website was founded. Today, unfortunately, we have some sad news: they are suspending their CS2 division, thereby suspending the entire organisation. They informed us of this via their Twitter profile (Xie).

As of today, we are ending our partnership with the Counter-Strike 2 squad.
The decision is not due to the division’s results. The players’ conduct was also not a factor here.

The main reason given by the organisation is financial difficulties. This is a common cause for the collapse of underground organisations, as maintaining even such small ventures can incur significant costs. Superion also mentioned that they will look back fondly on their last squad, which qualified for Arrmy Rising under their banner. However, they will play the next season in this Arrma division either in a new organisation or without one.
Here are the words of sequ3r’s CEO, whom we asked for a comment:
I enjoyed working with the squad itself, or with the hussar himself. The decision itself is not dictated by recent results. I believe that if we are unable to offer the necessary resources (primarily financial) for the organisation’s development, it is better not to force the issue, which is why I decided to end the collaboration. For the same reason, Superion Gaming’s activities have been suspended for at least a few months.
2. New partner, World League of Players

Very soon, in the ‘Partners’ tab, you will have the opportunity to see a new partner in the ‘Tournament Organisers’ category.
As you know, our website has so far mainly featured content on games such as EA FC 24 and Counter-Strike 2. From now on, however, this will change, as our brand-new partner, World League of Players, has a lot to offer as a league.
The World League of Players organises many exciting tournaments in games such as: F1 24, F1 23, EA WRC, Dirt 2.0, FC 24/25, CS2 and Minecraft. As the organisers themselves put it – “We create a space where players from all over the world can meet, compete and inspire one another. In the World League of Players, every round is a new story, and every player is an integral part of that story.” We hope you are fans of one of the games mentioned above and will want to try your hand at the league or simply support it by watching the competition.

4. Avalanche.gg is looking for a fifth player

Avalanche.gg is looking for a fifth player to join their squad. Following the departure of “tauzzeNa” from the team, a spot has opened up for a new player. Below are the criteria that a potential new player should meet.

– Available between 7pm–11pm or 6pm–10pm, 5–6 days a week

6. Registration for Invictus League x 7th Heaven is now open

We recently published a summary of the second season of the Invictus League, and quite recently the Invictus League announced registration for the next tournament. This time it’s a 1v1 tournament in collaboration with 7th Heaven.
The thing about 1v1 tournaments is that they don’t take as long as 5v5 tournaments, which is why this one has been scheduled for a single day – 9 November at 18:00. You’ll need to confirm your participation an hour before the start.
However, there is a certain restriction regarding this tournament – a skill-based one, as only Faceit levels 1 to 8 are eligible to participate. Prizes for winning this tournament are paid out in skins. 64 people will take part in the tournament.

7. Firewolf Clan, LoL division still undefeated in WLL S2

It has been some time since the last article, in which Firewolf Clan learned who their rivals would be in the WLL, and during that time the players have managed to play three matches. What is incredible is that they won all of them.
In my last article, I wrote that a new organisation could provide a boost in motivation for the players, allowing them to perform even beyond their own expectations, and it seems that was indeed the case, as advancing from their group with a record of 3 wins and 0 losses was no easy feat. The players showed that they are capable of repaying the organisation for the trust placed in them and for welcoming them into the ranks, and this is only the beginning. Firewolf’s opening match was against Sigma Boys, not to be confused with Sigma Banditos, whom Firewolf, of course, also beat. Their final opponents were Iron Minds, who also struggled immensely to get past Firewolf.
We’ll be back soon with an update on the play-offs, which are sure to be thrilling. If the players maintain their current form, there’s a very good chance they’ll win the tournament and enjoy a 100% win ratio.

8. The Bulls Team: squad call-ups

The Bulls Team has for some time now become one of the fastest-growing clubs on the Polish virtual club scene, as evidenced by their results in the VPG Poland league and the Champions League organised by the Proleague authorities. The new coach of the Polish national team, Mateusz “Cwiarzewski” Marciniak, has no hesitation in capitalising on the Bulls’ form and has called up as many as four players from this club to his 35-man squad for the Euro tournament.

9. Signum Esports leaves the Academy

The Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) underground scene is no stranger to changes, and this time is no exception.
Signum Esports is parting ways with its academy squad, which consisted of four players. Signum Esports has already announced on social media that the decision was made over a week ago, and that they are very grateful to the players for their time with the team and hope to see them play their best matches in the future. From the same post, we also learnt that the likely cause of the split was a poor atmosphere.

10. Miami Esports after 4 rounds of VPG Poland

Two wins, two defeats — that is Miami Esports’ record in VPG Poland after 4 rounds. They began their campaign against no less than Illegal Esports. The team that triumphed in the previous season. Our partner lost that match 1–4, playing away from home. A dozen or so minutes later, they faced off again away from home, this time against Angry Wolves. We also saw five goals in that match, but this time they were all scored by Miami Esports. A 5–0 win over Angry Wolves. On 20 February, they faced Cunning Foxes (at home) and Mocny Gaz Es (at home).
A 1–3 defeat to Cunning Foxes, followed about 25 minutes later by a 2–1 win over Mocny Gaz Es.
As a result, after four rounds, Miami Esports sit in 8th place.
