Archive #31 – YNG SKiLLZ in the relegation zone

1. YNG SKiLLZ in the relegation zone

date: 02/03/2025, author: sequ3r

Last season, YNG SKiLLZ finished 6th in the VPG Poland first division table. This season, they don’t even look set to achieve that. They are currently second from bottom; the only team worse off than our partner is MF Killers, who, like YNG, have yet to taste victory this season.

• 1:1 | Angry Panthers (A)
• 1:3 | Sokół Ostróda (W)
• 1:5 | The Bulls Team (H)
• 0:5 | Illegal Esports (A)
• 0:3 | Cunning Foxes (A)
• 0:0 | Angry Wolves (W)
• 0:4 | Impact Boys (H)
• 0:5 | GSK Esport (L)

Tomorrow, YNG will be back at the VPG Polska stadiums. We hope that in just a few days we’ll be writing about them breaking their losing streak, even though they face top-tier opponents.

• 3/3/2025, 20:40 | Iron Ravens (H)
• 3/3/2025, 21:05 | Mocny Gaz Es (H)

Returning to the league situation, YNG have just 2 points to their name, with 2 draws and 6 defeats. Their goal difference stands at -23. The teams in fourteenth, fifteenth and sixteenth places all have 2 points, so escaping the relegation zone does not look like a difficult task.

3. DR ESPORTS announces its second team

date: 15/05/2025, author: BambikXDE

We recently spoke about a new partner and their only team at the time, DR Esports. Now, however, the organisation has expanded to include a second team, which has considerable potential. It is a squad named DR ESPORTS RED, and its line-up is described below.

Via our Discord channel, the CEO of the aforementioned partner wrote to us about the new team. As I’ve already mentioned, its name is DR ESPORTS RED, and they will join the organisation’s ranks as a high-level team. According to the CEO, the plans are ambitious, as these are players with an ELO rating of 2800–2900 on the Faceit platform. Thanks to such a strong squad, the new line-up could reach the highest leagues in Army.

Here is the new DR ESPORTS RED team:

• 🇵🇱 Mintxyz
• 🇵🇱 Regiss_
• 🇵🇱 Majste3R
• 🇵🇱 -Marcelo7-
• 🇵🇱 Ad1nOo-

We’ll have to wait a little longer to see how the new line-up performs until the new Arrmy Open S13 season, the date of which hasn’t been revealed yet, but it will be around the end of May or beginning of June. We can’t wait to report on the successes of our partner’s new team.

5. YNG SKiLLZ strengthens its squad

date: 11/05/2025, author: sequ3r

YNG SKiLLZ has announced further signings via its social media channels. The team last unveiled a new player in April, specifically on 13 April, when Krystian “Izzy” Opach joined the club. Yesterday, they unveiled not one but five new players. YNG has strengthened every position, from goalkeeper to striker. Striker Gilbert “Gibi” Danik has joined from “Dach Esport”. Mateusz “Matis” Małachowski has moved from Angry Panthers Esports to play on the right wing for our partner this season. Kamil “KamioV” Sacharczyk is a nominal central midfielder; the team has strengthened its ranks with his transfer from “KS JASIE”. A centre-back has joined from Dark Ritual. We’re talking about Mateusz “Matix” Szyfter. Rounding off the list, of course, is the goalkeeper who previously represented Impact Boys – Krystian “Pantera” Palubicki.

We wish every new YNG SKiLLZ player the best of luck in settling into their new colours. We wish them nothing but successful performances. Their debuts are likely to take place during the VPG Miami League. The first phase is at a crucial stage, and our partner is not far off from advancing to 10th place, which secures a spot in the second phase.

7. Hussars announce their fifth player.

date: 06/01/2025, author: Malun

Hussars have now officially finalised their squad, announcing the addition of their fifth player on 4 January at 18:00.

We already knew the four players who were set to represent the Hussars in the upcoming tournaments, but until now it remained unclear who would complete the squad and compete in these tournaments alongside the previously announced quartet.

Keyzen appears to be just as experienced as the other four. It looks as though the players will be able to gel quite well, and the tournaments featuring the Hussars themselves promise to be quite interesting.

Hussars line-up:

🇵🇱 Bidesy
🇵🇱 Moszu

8. CobraTeam advance to the quarter-finals of winners.gg Season 2

date: 18/01/2025, author: Malun

CobraTeam have reached the final of the winners.gg Season 2 tournament. Following a successful group stage, in which the players did not lose a single match, they progressed to the play-offs, where they naturally started in the round of 32. It is worth noting the results of the group stage, which were as follows:

• 13:2 vs. Perła Pro, Ancient
• 13:4 vs. Banda Alkusów

Having finished the group stage with these results, the players were able to look forward to facing PlusW in the round of 32. Naturally, the players won this BO3 series, securing scores of 13:2 on the Ancient map and 13:11 on the Nuke map.

Following a successful round of 32, CobraTeam can now prepare for their quarter-final match, in which they will face a team that recently unveiled a new line-up and is also our partner: Hussars. We are sure to witness an exciting match, and it is quite possible that the winner of this quarter-final will also be a finalist in the entire tournament.

9. Miami Esports with a new coach.

date: 25/01/2025, author: Adrian Skillz

Miami Esports has announced that Andrzej “Roszyca” Roszycki has taken over as their coach from 24 January.

Roszyk is an extremely experienced player, best known for his performances with Savage Team during their heyday. He possesses real-time team management skills and is a centre-back who always ensures the defensive line is maintained and the defensive block is properly positioned.

Miami Esports is proud to present its new captain, believing that this marks the beginning of a new chapter in the history of the Flamingos.

This Sunday, Miami will have the opportunity to face teams such as MF Killers, Rooster Cannons and Elektryczni Esport in the league, under the leadership of their new coach in Proleague Polska.
