As you know from our previous article, Avalanche.gg has returned to the scene after more than a year’s absence. The organisation has officially resumed its activities and begun building a new project. Naturally, it announced at the time its intention to create a stable team focused on consistent performance and gradual progression in league competitions. At this point, Avalanche.gg has already assembled the core of its squad, but one player is still needed to complete the full five-man line-up. For this reason, the organisation is holding open trials aimed at players who meet specific requirements and wish to join the team for a long-term partnership.
Who is Avalanche.gg looking for? Recruitment requirements and conditions
Avalanche.gg is looking for a player to complete the squad as the fifth member. The organisation has clearly outlined its expectations. The candidate must have a minimum Faceit rank of 7 and at least 2,000 hours of gameplay. This is intended to demonstrate both experience and a high-level understanding of the game’s mechanics. The preferred role within the team is that of a riffler – a versatile player capable of adapting to different phases of the round and ensuring the stability of the formation.
In addition to individual skills, availability is of great importance. Avalanche expects availability for a minimum of four days a week, usually between 18:00 and 22:00. This is the time slot set aside for team training, practice matches and game analysis. This clearly shows that the project is being taken seriously, with consistency set to be one of its cornerstones.
The organisation also emphasises mental and communication aspects. The player we are looking for should be able to admit to their mistakes. Furthermore, they should learn from them and work on their own development. Consequently, great emphasis is placed on cooperation, openness to feedback and fostering a healthy team atmosphere. In the long run, this is expected to translate into better results.
In return, Avalanche.gg offers solid organisational support. This includes a dedicated game server, a TS3 server, regular training sessions and the full commitment of the entire squad. The team also plans to participate in tournaments such as ArrMy and ESEA. This provides a real opportunity to compete and gain experience on the scene.
