Firewolf Clan 2–0 CTMJNT
Firewolf Clan kicked off the play-offs with a bang, defeating CTMJNT 2–0. It’s a solid start that could boost the team’s confidence heading into their next matches.
13:7 | Nuke
The first map of this clash was Nuke, a location that often favours well-organised teams. And it was Firewolf Clan who looked the better-prepared side right from the start. The players quickly imposed their own tempo and dominated the first half, ending it with a score of 8–4. Good positioning, effective communication and flashes of individual brilliance allowed them to control the space and score against their opponents.
In the second half, Firewolf never relinquished their lead. Despite several attempts by CTMJNT to mount a comeback, their advantage was so clear that they comfortably closed out the map with a 13–7 victory. The victory on Nuke set the tone for the entire series and gave the team a strong boost ahead of the next match.
13–5 | Anubis
Firewolf Clan entered the second map, Anubis, with even greater confidence. It was clear that the players felt at ease and had a well-thought-out plan for this match. The first half alone, which ended 9–3, highlighted the gulf in quality between the teams. Aggressive plays, confident finishes and good teamwork meant that CTMJNT struggled immensely to respond to their opponents’ moves.
After the sides switched, Firewolf didn’t let up and sealed the deal in a few quick rounds. The final score of 13:5 reflected the course of the entire map: complete dominance by one side and a well-deserved victory for the Wolves.
decider | Mirage
Mirage was due to be the third map in the series, but thanks to victories on the first two maps, there was no need to play it. Firewolf Clan concluded the match with a 2–0 scoreline and advanced with great confidence to the next stage of the Entry Division B play-offs. This match demonstrated that the team is in fine form and can seriously consider continuing their fight for promotion.
Firewolf Clan 2–0 ChaosChampions
Following a successful start to the play-offs, Firewolf Clan faced another formidable opponent, ChaosChampions. The team kept up the momentum and once again secured a comfortable 2–0 victory, confirming their good form and increasingly serious aspirations in Bracket B.
13:8 | Nuke
The clash began once again on Nuke, a map on which Firewolf Clan had previously performed very well. Right from the start, the Firewolf Clan players displayed a determined attitude, building a solid lead in the first half. The 9–3 score at half-time clearly indicated who was in control of the rounds.
After switching sides, ChaosChampions tried to get back into the game, scoring a few points and applying some pressure. Despite this, Firewolf kept their cool and saw the map through to the end without any major hiccups, winning it 13:8. This is the team’s second consecutive victory on Nuke in the play-offs, so it’s fair to say they’re brimming with confidence and have a good grasp of this map.
13–8 | Inferno
The second map, Inferno, unfolded almost identically to the previous one. Firewolf Clan got off to a flying start and once again built a solid lead in the first half, again 9–3. The team utilised both well-coordinated attacks and effective defences, preventing ChaosChampions from finding their stride.
In the second half, the opponents tried to turn the game around, but Firewolf weren’t caught off guard. The team remained consistent and closed out the map without any major drama, again 13:8, thus ending the series with a 2:0 victory.
decider | Anubis
In the event of a draw, the third match was to be on Anubis, but just as in the previous match, Firewolf Clan gave their opponents no chance of forcing a decider. Two consecutive victories, both ending 2–0, are testament to the team’s good form and growing cohesion. With this momentum, Firewolf can confidently look ahead to the next rounds and the battle for promotion in Bracket B.
Following two convincing 2–0 victories, Firewolf Clan has proven that they are in excellent form and can realistically aim to continue their march towards promotion. The team is playing consistently, performing well on their chosen maps and demonstrating a level of cohesion that is often lacking in teams at this level of competition.
In their next match, the Wolves will face the Russian side 5TARZ. We’re in for an intriguing clash, which could prove a real test of Firewolf Clan’s form and mental resilience. Will they manage to keep their winning streak going?
