Our temporary absence has now come to an end. The technical break, which was caused by a change of hosting provider, has ended. What does this mean for Robert Kubica and our readers? The stars have aligned in such a way that it would take a meteorite to make us shut down or suspend our activities before April 2026, so you’ll have to put up with us for at least another year.
The website remained accessible during the technical break, though sometimes it was down and sometimes it wasn’t. We decided not to publish any content during this time so as not to disrupt the migration process. Our website should now run a little faster. Given the new possibilities, we’ll be experimenting a bit and introducing new features to our site over the coming period.
This includes, amongst other things, the integration of the FACEIT platform with our portal. This means that our partners’ tournaments, which will be organised on this platform in the form of a tournament (not a hub), will feature live coverage where results will be updated at specific times or in real time. We’ve introduced similar features to the article counter on team profiles, which have also been revamped.
We would like to apologise for the technical break. To be honest, we didn’t expect it to last this long, but we know it was necessary to improve the site’s performance, and a short break for the editors came in handy too.
New article publication dates
Articles will be published from Monday to Friday, four a day, provided there are enough topics, of course. The first article of the day will be published at 10:00, the next at 13:00, the following at 17:00, and the last at 20:00.
Backlog
Don’t worry, we’ll catch up. We currently estimate that for at least 6 or 7 consecutive days, we’ll be delighting you with backlogged topics from the period between 23 and 30 June. The ranking update, however, will be published today at 20:00. Once we’re back, updates will resume as normal on Mondays at 8.00 pm.
A message for our partners
During the technical break, we focused mainly on one thing – the migration, of course – whilst neglecting our obligation to publish content. For partners who have still not shared at least one article, an editor will contact you with a request to do so. We would also like to apologise to those partners who have been affected by the technical break and have not received a single article.
Thank you for reading our articles, and we are delighted to be staying with you until at least mid-2026.
Join us
We’d also like to take this opportunity to let you know that we’re once again looking for editors, moderators and anyone else who can lend a hand.
Our partner programme has always been active and open. If your project doesn’t currently meet the requirements, we still encourage you to get in touch, as we consider every proposal on a case-by-case basis. You can find more information in the PARTNERSHIP tab or on our social media channels, which you’ll find in the top left-hand corner of the page.
We’ll be here until at least mid-2026
We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who supports our project or has supported us financially. This has certainly helped us to extend our hosting until June 2026, as well as all our domains. Below is a list of donors; we’d also like to thank those who’ve opted for regular support via patronite.pl.
As for the next renewal of our operations, we have decided that this time we will cover the costs ourselves when the time comes, and any donations from patronite.pl or the crowdfunding campaign will be paid out to the editors as a bonus. We will be updating our profile on Zrzutka in the next few days, and a one-off pop-up will likely appear for every user, informing them about this fundraiser.
As information about supporters on patronite.pl is not publicly available, we have decided not to publish his initials to protect his privacy; however, if you’re reading this — thank you.
