YNG SKiLLZ & Hooligans PL z nie najlepszą formą; The Separatists po awans?

At the start of the month, we reported on how our partners were faring in the VPG Poland league. Among these partners was YNG SKiLLZ, who, to put it mildly, did not get off to the best start this season. One win and three defeats – we wrote more about those matches in THIS ARTICLE. Since then, our partner has played another three matches. Did these also fail to go their way?

The losing streak continues

On Thursday 5 March, YNG SKiLLZ played another three matches. The first, against Ignite Esports, ended in a 1-1 draw. The next match, at 21:05, saw our partner play away against Złote Kozy (Golden Goats). True to their name, they failed to win the match. YNG lost the match 1–3. They ended the day with a match against GSK Esport. The opponents ran riot against our partner, winning the match 5–0.

After 7 rounds, YNG SKiLLZ are in second-last place, in the relegation zone. One win, one draw and five defeats. It doesn’t look good. And when we look at our partner’s upcoming fixtures, it doesn’t seem as though the situation is set to improve.

Tough opponents in the difficult days ahead.

The Separatists

In our last article, we spoke in nothing but superlatives about The Separatists. Three wins and one draw. Have the Vultures managed to maintain their form over the last four rounds? Unfortunately, their form has dipped, but it’s no disaster. The Separatists are still in the running for promotion. On 2 March, they beat Dark Ritual 2–1. On the same day, they suffered their first league defeat, losing 1–4 to Banditos FC. Their second defeat in a row came last Thursday, against Mendeksy (0–2). They ended Thursday on a positive note with a 4–0 win over Saint Wolves.

League table

After 8 rounds, The Separatists are in fourth place in the league. Five wins, one draw and two defeats. This record translates to 16 points. Our partner’s next matches are not until 3 days from now, on 12 March. At 20:40 they will face FC Shadow Stars away, and at 21:05 they will host Offside Crew at their home ground.

The Separatists

Hooligans EN

Hooligans PL have had the same start to the league as YNG SKiLLZ — not a particularly successful one. In the first four rounds, the team recorded just one win and three defeats. A 1-1 draw with Nie Chce Mi Sie. A 2-0 win over Saint Wolves. Last Thursday, Hooligans PL failed to pick up a single point. First, a 1–2 defeat to VendettaPL, then a narrow 0–1 loss to Dark Ritual.

Form…

It doesn’t look too good. Hooligans PL, who dominated the third division last season, can’t cope in the second. Is the gap between the second and third divisions really that huge? After 8 rounds, the team sits in 11th place. Two wins, one draw and five defeats translate to 7 points. Their form is worrying, given that Hooligans PL aren’t losing to promotion favourites, but to teams likely to finish at the bottom of the table. In three days’ time, they face Brda Przechlewo (away) and Banditos FC (away).
