Since the last update, there has been a change in the frequency of articles about our underground ranking. This was mainly due to the lack of any major changes over the course of just one week. Updates will now be published approximately once a month. Many teams have not made it into the rankings, but just as many have not dropped out either, so we’re sticking with the same group.
The battle for the top three!
Most teams, of course, want to climb as high as possible in the rankings. However, a place in the top three is a title reserved for some of the very best – it’s not something just anyone can claim. The undisputed leader of the rankings remains ex-Young Stars Talents. However, this team will soon cease to be a contender due to its break-up and the players going their separate ways. Lurking just behind them, though, is a team that has made quite a significant leap – climbing as many as three places to join the very top. We are, of course, talking about Lunacy Gaming, which has climbed to second place and may well take the top spot before long. Rounding off the podium is Jonixal Team, which remains fairly stable.
Individual climbs that may come as a surprise
The biggest climb – by as many as nine places – among all the teams listed was achieved by two sides: Victoria Nostra and VYCE Clan. The former have moved up to 15th place and are climbing ever higher, thanks to their excellent recent form. VYCE Clan, meanwhile, are also performing brilliantly and have consequently moved up to 8th place. Another fairly significant rise was made by Gromaz Esports, who secured their first points, propelling them into the top 20 – specifically to 18th place. Similarly, NPK’s second team climbed seven places to 20th.
As for the drops, these have mainly occurred at the bottom of the table, with teams at the lower end of the standings – such as Perun, YSN and GV eSports – particularly hard hit. These teams now have no points to their name and face an uphill struggle to earn any.
Elsewhere in the standings, there were isolated rises or falls which had little impact on the overall ranking. We invite you to take a look at all the changes.
