The very fact that they are looking for players with a Faceit rating of 10+ sends a very clear signal… The new project aims to aim higher, be competitive from day one, and rely on players who do not have to start from scratch. This approach sets it apart from many organisations, which often try to build a squad from the ground up. Excurity is banking on a group that already has established synergy, which allows them to shorten preparation time and enter the tournament scene more quickly. It is also a risky move, but it could give the organisation an advantage. Instead of several months of trials and searching, they immediately get a full squad, ready to go.
