The last time we wrote about changes in the Underground | CS2 Community rankings was way back on 23 September, so quite a bit has happened since then. Since then, teams have played more matches; some have clearly stepped up a gear, whilst others… well, have started to lose momentum. That’s why today we’re back with a quick but thorough overview of the current situation. We’ll take a look at the rankings from 29 September and compare them with the latest ones from 6 October to see who’s climbing the ladder and who needs to watch their backs.
Recent changes in the Underground rankings

More has happened in the Underground | CS2 Community in the past week than in most of the previous month. Lunacy Gaming has jumped to the top of the rankings, leaping from fifth place with a massive points gain. They’ve added a whopping 129 points to their tally. The team thus dethroned the previous leader, ex-Young Stars Talents, who are no longer included in the rankings.
Joining Lunacy on the podium are TeniSufki, moving up from 4th to 2nd place. Also there is M0CZODOL, with a solid rise from 6th to 3rd, confirming their stable and consistent form. Just behind them is Excurity Gaming, which also climbed two places.
Significant progress can also be seen in the middle of the table. VYCE Clan, which only made its debut on 22 September, has rapidly climbed to 6th place, leaving several more experienced teams behind. Team Fairus, Blacmonkeyk and Victoria Nostra have also improved their positions. The latter jumped as many as six places, breaking into the top ten.
New names have appeared at the bottom of the table: VISIONARY made its debut in the rankings, whilst teams such as Gromaz Esports, NPK II and Crystal Club recorded noticeable rises. Conversely, some teams, such as ViBe Gaming, Jonixal Team and Young Stars Academy, have dropped out of the rankings entirely.

The new rankings have brought further changes. This time, however, there were no surprises at the top. Lunacy Gaming remains the leader, though their points lead has shrunk, suggesting that their rivals are stepping up the pressure. However, a major surprise has emerged just behind them… Tuga Clan PL has jumped straight into second place, overtaking TeniSufki, who have dropped out of the top spots this time. M0CZODOL and Excurity Gaming remain in the top tier, maintaining their consistent form.
Victoria Nostra also had a great week. Moving up from 9th to 6th place, they confirmed that their earlier rise was no fluke. Just behind them are Team Fairus and Blacmonkeyk, teams that have been steadily building their position in the middle of the table for several weeks now. There’s plenty happening at the bottom of the table too… NPK II is climbing up, breaking into the top ten. Meanwhile, GV eSports has jumped a full seven places, landing in the middle of the pack. In contrast, Young Stars Talents have suffered a drastic drop of 13 places, one of the biggest falls.
Three new teams have appeared at the bottom of the list: Fairus Youngsters, Lunacy NXT and Carpathian Roja. They are just beginning their journey in the Underground rankings and will be keen to prove in the coming weeks that they haven’t ended up here by chance.
What’s happening in the Underground?
Recent weeks in the Underground have shown that teams’ form can change from one week to the next. Although Lunacy Gaming still holds the top spot, more and more teams are beginning to pose a real threat to their dominance. The arrival of new teams, such as Tuga Clan PL and Lunacy NXT, brings a breath of fresh air to the standings and promises even more interesting shake-ups in future updates.
